We love going on Sundays to see Becky. She lights up our day. She's super sweet and so funny. Thanks, Becky, for the love and laughs. We love Big Lots, and you're a great addition to the store. We love Halloween as you can see we're decorating already. ☺ 🎃🧙‍♀🧹🪄🐦‍⬛

Lots of interesting items that you don't find in many stores. Good prices especially at the end of the seasons. Staff keeps the place clean (even bathroom is usually spotless!) and are always polite and helpful.

Got a lot of deals around Christmas. Purchased nice furniture that lasts. Highly recommend even if just to browse

I absolutely love Big lots and it's one of my favorite stores to go to! They had so many good deals on food especially and drinks so whenever I get ready to buy all that kind of stuff Big lots is where I go! I just don't like how they remodeled the store how you have to get to the register it's like going through a maze and I wish they put it back like they had it before because everything was so easy to get to but not now!

I was in search of a particular item. I found said item at the Big Lots in Benton. I live in Hot Springs. Justin assisted me with my items and a young man by the name Campbell were spot on. Their customer service was great and they both helped me throughout the store. I will drive 30 minutes away to this location at any given time. Justin, you are the man! Also, thank you to Jonathon for assisting me over the phone with my purchase. Great job Big Lots in Benton!

This is the absolute best place to shop in Saline County! The customer service is outstanding! The manager, Justin and all the associates are always so friendly, helpful and professional. It is very much appreciated. They actually acknowledge you when you walk in and will go above and beyond; from loading furniture, to helping you get the best deal, to finding whatever it is you need or are looking for. Try Big Lots! GOOD furniture, great deals on everything! Always a great experience shopping at this Big Lots. What a pleasure.

Walked in this morning looking for odds and ends. Friendly staff, store was clean, seemed like it was going through some reorganizing but aisles were still very neat, things were easy to find. Witnessed an employee (possible manager?) go above and beyond for a couple of customers then for us. He introduced himself as Justin. As we were leaving, there was an older woman entering the store, obviously looking for something. He noticed and quickly asked if she was looking for a cart. They were outside at the time so he offered to get her one and then even wiped it all down before passing it off to her. Things like that say a lot about a person. I think it also says something for the business that hires someone like him.

Great people as soon as you walk in its HI welcome to Big Lots....I mean if you didn't know better you would think you just walked into a waffle house. Which means really great training in customer service area. As I did my quick shopping I noticed an associate helping a customer compare a product on the shelf with the one she was looking for in the ad. In most discount shops your lucky to find an ad never mind an associate willing to help. So hats off to you all for amazing employees.

Jonathan, that works at our Big lots store in Benton, is always very friendly and helpful. We walk in saying, " Hi Jonathan!" Just like he is a friend or neighbor of ours. He will help in any way he can and we know that, when he is there!

I can't say enough about how friendly the employees are here, they literally go above and beyond, and aren't shy or afraid to work, Jonathan, Stefani *sorry if spelt wrong* :(, the managers, not one single person lacks the will to work, and show loyalty to customers, one of the many reason i come back here, if not the main reason, thanks so much for my experiences everytime i come back in the store.

Last minute ingredient for dinner. I need Dijon mustard and they had it and even showed me where it was at. Safe me from running to the grocery store during rush hour.

They have Sealy sheet sets for $12 with a wide hem to hold the fitted sheet in place. I've been searching for these and found them at Big Lots! Yay for BIG LOTS!

This location had exactly what we wanted and in stock. Jessilyn was wonderful in helping us as well as the young man who brought the furniture out for us.
