We had already been home shopping with another realtor and we found that we were doing much of our work ourselves. The other realtor was telling us what we needed to do: Go talk to the survey people, reach out to a lawyer about the property line, she always seemed to busy for us, and she did not have a good relationship with the seller. My wife insisted that we switch realtors. We reached out to Danielle at Southern Homes and I was surprised at how easy it was. We were able to just sit back while she handled everything.
