James was fantastic helping this 70 yr old very UN tech friendly lady set up my passwords that I couldn’t reset. He was extremely patient and understanding. Need more people like James.

The Sheridan store needs more than one employee. The girl working was good but needs help. To many coming in to pay bills but I allowed her to stop with me to help others. She is great so get her some help.

James in the sheridan office solved my phone problems, when I thought I would need to buy a new phone. A1 customer service when the agent solves a problem that prevents a sale. I will remember this when I do need an upgrade or other accessories

Any time I physically have to deal with AT&T i.e. paying my bill or just having a general question about services they offer I can always get some kind of answer when ever I step foot in the door. The employees are always friendly and quite knowledgable.
