Staff is professional but not to the point of snobbishness. They each have their own personality that has made me feel happier than I probably felt when I first went in. They are all friendly and helpful.

I've been a long time customer and they always know what I want and have the friendliest people working there. Affordable and quality products.

I bought a sleeve (5 cans) of smokeless as is my monthly routine but the last can had the bottom cut nearly off ( from them cutting open the case I suppose) so I took it back with my receipt expecting to swap for an uncut can.

But she was out of that brand. No problem. OR so I thought.
I had that bottomless can, my last can, to last a few days until my next trip to town but alas, I was leery about putting that in my lip. The world is dark. So would you use it? (rhetorical)

So GIVE me another brand I posed. She did.
AND IT COST ME $2.50 MORE!!
(I should have gotten a refund on hindsight).

Was their error in cutting off the bottom my fault??
Why should I HAVE to pay $2.50 MORE for another brand?
I'd already driven a few miles to get there plus the extra cost.
THEIR error cost me 10 bucks for a can of smokeless!

Great and friendly service. The ladies there were very helpful and answered many questions for me with a smile on their face.

Friendly helpful staff. Was looking for a particular product and they actually had some. When I walked in I was greeted and offered assistance. In and out quick. They also have a drive thru.

It was a first time customer. My buddy found vape products he uses below his regular vape shop. It's also 15 miles closer! Very friendly folks. They have a new regular customer from my house.
