I had a head gasket issue with my Ram truck, I travel for work, so Kayla and Sam were able to get me in very fast! I ended up with a cracked head, they located one in Hot Springs and were able to get me back on the road within a couple of days! Little did I know it could have been weeks to wait for a head. Truck drives so smoothly again! Thanks Sam and Kayla for all your hard work and so fast! I highly recommend this great team! They actually care and are very wonderful people.

Sam and Kayla are super great,wonderful,trustworthy,professional people. They take great pride in their work and do everything possible to fix your problem! They are very reasonably priced. These are people I would trust sending my daughter to. I made the mistake of first taking my vehicle to The Orr service center and because they couldn't pull a code, they didn't have a clue. They wanted to start tearing down my transmission . Sam immediately pulled codes, and it turned out to be a sensor. He saved us so much money by being so much more knowledgeable and not having my transmission tore out. We had him do a tune up as well. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sam's Auto Repair. That's the FIRST Place I will ever go if I need anything done in the future.

They did a excellent job changing the tires and wheels on our Toyota.

My muffler was knocked loose by a blow out that happened in front of me on the interstate. They helped me get it fastened back in place so I could get home. I'm grateful for how friendly they were and how quickly they helped me get back on the road. Very professional and friendly. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I went here to have a tuneup. Sam is great. And gave me great advice regarding my vehicle. I would highly recommend this mechanic. And his wife who works in the office is a very nice lady.

These guys helped me in a pinch when my car started to shake violently on the highway, they rebalanced my rear wheels and then it was all peachy, I will be using them again when I get new tires because the last shop I used charged me way too much 😂😂😂
