Jacob was so kind and helped me out on my travels. He went out of his way as well and asked for nothing in return. I had to have a refrigerated package shipped and they did a great job!
I have used the UPS store for many yrs and the staff are great, knowledgeable folks.

The two staff members who helped me, Jacob and Alena, were polite and very helpful. Even though they were busy they didn’t rush me and made sure I received all the services I came in for.

The two ladies in there were really nice and was happy to help me with what I needed to get done and it was fast and easy.

I have been coming to this store for years and they are always super helpful to each and every customer. They try to give the best service no matter how busy they are.

I came right before close with a giant package. I know.that's probably so annoying. They were so nice amd welcoming. 5 stars. Plus, UPS drivers are hot!

Jacob at the Cabot location went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure we got a package that was delayed- he made several phone calls and found the package as well as put me in contact with who and where to get it from- Which he didn't have to do! I truly appreciate it and all he did today!!! It was materials needed for our business! We did 2nd day air and expected it Monday! Thanks Jacob!!!

They pack it and ship my boxes and are very friendly. Everybody has a bad day time to time.

This is my go-to Amazon return center. They are always friendly and quick, even when they have a line to the door. I've never had a problem here.

I am new to this area and starting my business here. The folks at UPS in Cabot have been nothing but efficient, pleasant and wonderful, even with my very last minute requests!! They are a one stop shop for all your shipping, printing, and home office needs!! I will continue to use them over and over again!!

We recently had several boxes of breakables (framed pictures, glassware, plates, etc.) that we needed to ship from Arkansas to Seattle. While nothing was of high value to others, all items had great sentimental value to us. We had the UPS Store pack and ship for us and not one item broke in transit. They took great care and it was worth every penny spent to have our items handled with such attention to detail. Thank you!

This is the best UPS store I have ever been to. They help you out in anyway that they can even if you forgotten some of your materials. They have the best customer service and you’re in and out quickly and they always have a smiling face. I will always return to this UPS store. Thank you guys for being so pleasant!

I use John and the UPS Store exclusively for handling, packing and shipping my high end studio equipment for routine maintenance and service out of state. Many of the pieces I use are rare and difficult to replace. I have never had an issue regarding its condition or safety getting to its destination. Matter of fact, I have one requiring immediate shipping and will be in likely before you see this. I had also used John exclusively for returning one-of-a-kind master tapes back to the vaults in Hollywood for Casey's Kasem's American Top 40. Unfortunately, due to cutbacks in the radio industry, I was told to use a different carrier for cost considerations. However, over a period of many years, not one tape was damaged, lost or late.

I love our UPS store, the people are very helpful and friendly every time that I go in.

John, Laura, and Kelly are an absolute joy to work with! I live out of state but I frequent the Cabot area often, and always have something to ship back to Virginia from my visits to Arkansas. John goes above and beyond to help when we drop by. You don’t get this kind of customer service in a lot of other places, plus the pricing is out of this world reasonable!

I’ve been to the UPS store a few times to return Amazon packages, and although the lines were long each time, the staff has been quick and efficient!
