Monarch Dental has a very professional and caring staff. Everybody is very experienced and will answer your questions or get someone who can help. My dentist, Dr. Brown, I can't say anything bad because he is so GREAT and patient with me. I have been called a white knuckle patient by several previous dentist, with Dr. Brown I will fall asleep. He doesn't seem to mind at least he doesn't complaint. I have been going to Monarch Dental for almost three years and have no complaints. Check them out you won't regret it.

Dr duff with monarch dental is the best dentist I’ve had in my 35 years of life. They are very gentle and work with you as to what you can afford and make a reasonable treatment plants

Doctor Duff and his entire staff was amazing. They were kind, patient and very understanding. Where it took my regular dentist 2 months to get me in for a broken tooth with an assessment, Dr. Duffs staff was able to take care of me in just a couple days. I now have a new dentist!!

No pressure to spend money on unnecessary or questionable procedures, like replacing a crown that two other dentists said needed to be replaced. Friendly and professional. I had a filling in a very hard to reach place on and below the gum line, and the next day there was no soreness or swelling. Thank you, Dr. Duff!

The hygienist was very polite and gentle! She took her time as well as not drowning me. Id totally recommend her!!! She was fantastic!!!

EDIT: I just can't say enough good things about my experience with Monarch. Full extractions, and dentures. Besides a couple of hiccups with scheduling (life happens), my journey has been fantastic! Dr. Brown, Dr. Smith, Tiarra (probably didn't spell that right), have been the best. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Thank you all so much! You've given me new hope. God bless you all!

Probably my favorite dentist office ever. They are always so nice and friendly. Happy to help. Willing to talk about any concerns or requests. Always offering to go above and beyond. They do offer many options for all your dental needs from cleanings to cosmetics.

Great service. All employee's are nice. Dr Atkinson and Mrs Carol Jo are great. They sincerely care about their patients. They call and check on you after procedures. One if the best Denist I have every used

I have no insurance. I haven’t been to the dentist in 8 years I went here and they where very upfront with pricing and friendly I couldn’t have asked for a better visit and with there coupons made it much more affordable than other places!

Have always greeted me with a smile. Everyone there is pleasant to be around, professional and accommodating as possible. Highly recommend all the staff.

Fantastic people to say the least. Everyone there do their utmost to make my experience comfort able and friendly. They work hard to make a difficult and sometimes painful experience, even the bill, easier for you. Dr. Duff and Dr. Wheeler are extremely good at what they do.

My first visit - changing dentists to Monarch after some 20 years with another who is further away from my home, harder to schedule and does not deal with Medicare based dental insurance.

My first experience was good in every way that a dental visit can be - let's face it it's NOT as enjoyable as fishing or walking in the woods. Anyway the staff were friendly and efficient and the dentist I saw (Duff) was very friendly and communicates well about the dental details important to my visit. In short, I think this was a good choice for me. BTW, I was dealing with a dental crown problem, so something more significant than "teeth cleaning".

My experience with Dr. Brown at Monarch Dentist has been great. I absolutely Hate going to the dentist because it’s painful and uncomfortable both physically and financially. However, I just had my second dental emergency, within just a few months! And both times Monarch has gotten me right in and the experience has been much, much less pain than I anticipated. Dr. Brown took great care of me with a minimalist approach I so appreciated!

My recent visit to Monarch Dental was a total success. I had lost a crown and when I called Monarch, I was quickly worked into the next mornings' schedule. Dr. Duff and his assistants were extremely professional , quick to assess the problem and quickly resolving it. The entire process was professionally handled, from the Front Desk check- in, to the introduction of the assistants, to Dr. Duff's concern and focus to address my problem.

I have had a new outlook at going to the Dentist since going to Monarch Dental in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Their staff is awesome to work with and Dr Emily and her Assistants are truly wonderful. They make sure I am comfortable as they work on my teeth and are the kindest and most caring people. They have taken the fear out of me and have given me their trust. I came here after a terrible idea of looking up gum disease on Google. I most definitely freaked myself out and worked myself into a tizzy. However, I saw a coupon online for Monarch Dental online for the first visit, and made the appointment immediately.

Now a little backstory, I have a TERRIBLE history with dentists. We did not go until well into teen years, so my first few visits were very painful and an uncomfortable introduction to say the least.

These guys have changed my look on dentists. Now that’s definitely not to say that the fear is no longer there, but it’s more managed as they do everything in their power to make me comfortable and they helped me realize how important it is to keep your teeth healthy to prevent the awfulness that is abscesses.

From the first time I walked into the office, the receptionists were super nice, the dentists, the financial expert (Cindy who went above and beyond and continues to do so!), and everyone in the facility. Every time I walk into the office, I’m greeted like family.

I have seen both Dr.Brown and Dr.Duff, and they are both outstanding! If I have any questions, they make sure I understand exactly what’s going on, and keep me very well informed.

Do I recommend them? I literally CANNOT recommend them enough!!! They’ve literally been the ones to change my mind about dentists, which by doing so, is preventing me from being in pain in the future. They are like family to me, and I love going to see them!!

I enjoyed my dental checkup very much. My first time there and I will return. Friendly and respectful people and Dr. Kenny was very good.
