Safe and Sound provided us excellent customer service, which is hard to come by these days. From the first time I ever called them to when I picked up our car after they worked on it. I highly recommend them! Aaron the store manager and his staff kept me informed every step of the way. Their store is also awesome to just go in and see everything they have. You'll be surprised! You have to pop in, you won't regret it!

I have been a customer of Safe & Sound for 35 years. They are a family business and they go out of their way to bend over backwards for their customers. It's been a joy to see the business start out as a modest car audio installation/home audio equipment store, and grow into an amazing modern superstore. Aaron is the manager and works the front desk-he is the best in the business with a ton of knowledge and patience. Safe & Sound carries an enormous amount of brands they have on sight to listen to and demo. If you’re looking anywhere from entry level systems to super high end, this is the place to go!

One of the absolute best experiences I’ve had buying electronics online. I had questions prior to my purchase, and the answers were very quick and very knowledgeable. I had questions setting up the turntable, and I called and spoke to Aaron, who was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was perfect before we hung up. I would highly recommend this store and will continue to shop with them in the future.

I’ve been dealing with Aaron and Safe and Sound for a couple years now and it’s always an amazing experience. From the private listening/demo rooms to the live other-worldly selection and inventory this store is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. Amazing products and customer service. It’s easy to understand why people drive from all over to do business here.

The new store is amazing. Safe and Sound has incredible customer service. Both Aaron and Dave were incredibly helpful in helping us pick out a sound system for our house. They were so patient with our questions, and explained everything to help us understand what we needed to make sure we get what we want. We drive about an hour to get to the store, but it is 100% worth it. Would highly recommend the store for anyone looking to make a sound system/speaker purchase.

There aren't too many places like this around anymore, but Safe & Sound is THE place. Aaron hooked me up with the perfect home theater setup, taking into mind everything I was looking for, including my space and aesthetics. Expert advice and care and some pretty sweet discounts on top of it all. Highly recommend everything about this place and will definitely return for their turntable selection and knowledge. 10/10

There isn't anyplace else like this in the Northeast. They have a huge, modern and beautiful showroom filled to the brim with all levels of gear from beginner to the highest level of audiophile. They have 3 private listening rooms to try any of the gear you are interested in. They have speakers for every price point, from entry level to "costs more than my house". Best of all, Aaron, their manager, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and puts ZERO pressure on you while you are there. He facilitates trying anything you want, for as long as you want, completely hands off (unless you ask for assistance) until you decide what sounds best to your ears. On my last trip I spent almost 2 hours deciding which integrated amp would work best for me, and when I did decide, Aaron gave me a price that beat any online deal by a mile.

This is an old school, enthusiastic, true Hi-Fi experience the likes of which is almost impossible to find anymore. Even if you aren't shopping, you should stop by to check it out because you won't find a more complete and vast collection of audiophile gear anywhere. And if you are shopping, you actually get to play with everything and use it like you would at home, to help you find the perfect fit. I can't recommend this place highly enough. No pressure sales, incredibly helpful staff, and more inventory than I have ever seen. It is like Disney for Hi-Fi geeks.

I started going to Safe and Sound for all of my audio and home theater equipment after making my first purchase of a Marantz preamp. I have had nothing but good experiences there. They have several demo rooms and have allowed me to see how the components I am looking at sound and perform. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable about their products, and is always willing to help a customer. Aaron has helped me out the most and is very knowledgable.
They are typically very busy so it can take some time to get with you, but they always will make time to discuss audio with you.
The product selection ranges from entry level to the upper spectrum of audio. The selection is excellent. They carry stereo, home theater equipment, vinyl, accessories, and car audio.
I would highly recommend them for all your audio needs.

Just stopped in to have wife's starter reprogrammed after dealership F'ed it up. Aaron took me in without an appointment and took the time to show me how to do it myself if it happened again. I cannot recommend Safe & Sound enough.

Quality selection of equipment for people who care about sound from high end on down. I've been shopping with S&S for years. Flawless customer service, starting when they ensure the customer ends up with the best gear for them -- not the most expensive. They also stick with you after the sale to make sure you're satisficed. Avery non-snooty vibe, unusual for a place that has to much high-quality stuff and expertise. Safe And Sound not only sell high end audio gear but also small things like a replacement stylus for a turntable cartridge. I drive an hour from my home to their store in Chicopee as I always want to support local even if I could order on Amazon. And, if you post a review ya get a cool 40th anniversary t-shirt! Ordered speakers online to demo and received them very quickly. Unfortunately they didn't work out for me, but they made the return process super easy and were great to deal with.

Safe and sound is the place to go with any home or car audio needs or questions. I took my car in to have some speakers installed that I had bought. I had taken the car to my local dealership previously but they couldn’t install the speakers due to some shady wiring from the previous owner. I took it to safe and sound and they were able to answer all of my questions and install the speakers quickly and did a great job. I would recommend safe and sound to anyone and definitely plan on going back.

Have purchased a stereo & front / rear dash cams and multiple other accessories. Always friendly, helpful and great when I run into an issue. Such as adjusting the location of my rear camera. They did it no problem. When my kenwood Bt mic died they replaced it for me even though I had lost my receipts no questions asked. Are they the cheapest, NO but they’re super knowledgeable and when you got an issue they will work with you unlike some other places. Def recommend for home & car audio needs. Thx!

Daniel was very generous with his time and knowledge, letting us listen to 3 sets of speakers at our own pace. Tough decision but bought the Bowers and Wilkens 703S2 speakers. The new store is awesome and definitely worth the trip.

Safe & Sound Inc, and that includes Aaron Martin has to be one of, if not the best dealers of electronics, especially nice audio pieces, in their region. I first came in contact with Aaron regarding speakers and then that expanded into Integrated amps and then to SACD players. He is one of the most knowledgeable
persons I talked with among many other dealers in the US. Communication? He even took the time to call and chat with me about my questions and will always answer emails from the website within 24 hrs. They have bombproof packaging and they ship ultra-fast. In short, the customer service and a wide array of audio pieces are top notch. Safe and sound is awesome. Aaron has helped me with my home setup, picking out the best front speakers for my situation. In the past he’s also helped me with other speakers in my system. Go check them out and audition some speakers, they have awesome sound rooms too!
