Beach House Dewey

We had a fabulous experience at Beach House Dewey! We stayed for two nights with our toddler, and had other family members staying in other rooms as well. The rooms were clean and updated nicely, and even had USB outlets for easy access to charging devices. It was a very easy walk to the beach, even with a toddler in tow. The pool was kept very clean, and the whole facility was surprisingly quiet at night, even being near some of the louder restaurants. Great place for a few nights at the beach!

The gentleman at the desk was pleasant and accommodating. The view was pretty as well. A gem amongst the chaos. Very clean and nicely decorated!!! We will be back for a longer stay for sure!!

Nice clean and spacious room. Saw reviews that the "most hopping bar" on the East Coast right across the street was loud;my wife and I never really heard it. Great location for distance from the beach or Bay. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

A great place to stay if you’re looking for a straightforward, no frills motel.

Upsides: super close to the beach. Couldn’t be easier. Our room was clean, with enough floor space for a pack-and-play. A guaranteed parking spot is great too. Pool on site. Great natural light during the day. Easy to walk and get some food, as long as you’re okay with beach food!

Only downsides for us were twofold: first, as other reviews mention, that the rooms could stand to be fixed up in some aspects (soap dispenser in shower often fell off the wall, etc.)

Second is the noise at night. The club with live music across the way is nice if you’re sitting outside, but can be easily heard in the room when trying to sleep. It is also on the main drag,
so motorcycles rolling by will also vibrate the place. Luckily we brought a white noise machine with us, otherwise it might have been tough to sleep. Other families may have it harder

The aspect that takes this from four to five stars for us is that the staff helped us when we left our beach umbrella behind. After a phone call and a fee, they shipped it back home to us. Much appreciated!

I have to start with service. All the staff was very kind and had a great sense of humor. The location can't get any better. If I had to count my steps to the beach it's like 50step. Restaurants and shopping is right across the street. The rooms are clean and well kept. I'm definitely coming back next year.
They advertised on Groupon so I was a little paranoid because the deal was a steal. Thanks Beach House Dewey for a great first time experience to Rehoboth. I usually go to wildwood NJ. Now I can shave 30mins off my drive and still arrive at a beach.

My boyfriend, brother, sister in law and I stayed for a day and a night and it was great!! Super close to the beach, bars, shops, etc. the room and location was exactly as pictured. Staff was very friendly, easy check in and check out process. We’ll definitely be back! **it was a little loud until about midnight, due to live music at the bar across the street, but it was also a Saturday night. We were not bothered by it, but if you come here as a family with young children that may be a bigger factor in your choice of hotels**

This hotel appeared small and a little weather worn from the outside, yet the inside is very nice and modern. It includes a microwave, refrigerator, a full sized mirror and wall mounted television with free viewing of Premium channels. There were nice room accents like the clock on the wall. There is an outdoor pool. We were on the 3rd level and there are stairs, no elevator. The parking lot is a little tight. The hotel is located near local shoppes, stores, bars and eateries. The staff was pleasant and helpful. This hotel is a 7 minute drive from the Rehoboth Convention Center. I recommend the Hotel Dewey.

Great location and super nice staff!! I got a last minute room for a great price. Everything was clean and well maintained!

Excellent customer service; the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, both in speaking with them on the phone and in person. I needed a first floor room for my disabled mother and they made sure to comply. The room was spotless, beds lovely and comfortable; and flat screen tv with cable was nice. The outdoor pool looked so inviting, I only wish I had an opportunity to swim this time. We stayed over on a Sunday night, and across the street was live music into the evening, which I personally enjoyed, but also once you closed the door you had quiet. The beach is just a short walk away- and just across the alley are a few stores for convenience and food selections: pizza and subs, wings and donuts- breakfast and more. We've stayed here twice so far and both times were a great experience. All in all, a great place to stay for a get away to the ocean. We'll be back!

Stayed for a weekend...love everything about it.

Hotel staff super friendly and accommodating. They let us park early without making a fuss.

Double bed room super spacious for two people. Felt great to wake up without feeling cramped. The blackout curtain was really thoughtful to guests.

Will definitely come back another time!

Was a bit ambivalent about my stay here, but it exceeded my expectations in full. Considering we are talking Dewey Beach and not South Beach I was a very happy gal. The staff is awesome and our room was beyond cute and comfy. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Loved it. Perfect view of the water. Clean! Staff is very helpful. Location is really good with Hammerhead 120ft away for brunch and the bar and rock club Cork and Bottle across the street. Will definitely come back.

Cute place friendly staff close to beaches , bars, restaurants , shopping . Beds were a little hard for me but I had back surgery.. make sure to request lower floor otherwise you walk 3 flights with all bags. I would definitely return here.

Had a great stay spur of the moment mid-week. Nicole at the front desk was accommodating and helpful. Room was clean and nice. Plenty to do. Beach is a few steps back from hotel. Pool was lit up with a kaleidoscope of colors. Had s'mores at a camp fire on the beach.

Great boutique beach hotel. Had a mini fridge and microwave, which you don't realize how practical it is to have in a hotel room. Despite a minor mishap of the sink flooding, the front desk was personable and accommodating, responding to my calls immediately. It's located in the middle of all the bars and right by the beach.

Place is really well located, just 3 minutes walk to the beach, receptionist very friendly. Rooms are outstanding! Clean and very stylish. All worth the price they are per night.

Great motel! LOVE the decor- I feel as though I'm staying in a high-end hotel, great location with quick, easy drive (or $3 trolley ride) into Rehoboth, nice front desk staff, right off the beach. Easy walk to lots of places for a quick bite to eat. We are staying in the King suite with a view of both the ocean and the bay, with 2 full baths and a living room with pull-out couch (would be great for family or 2 couples). Free wifi is painfully slow but I didn't come here to use the Internet (they need to work on that though, seriously, can't even load a movie on my iPad). Also the floor could have been cleaner when we first arrived, stuff was sticking to my feet immediately, but we are at the beach and are tracking sand throughout anyway. I would stay here again, for sure!

Great spot to crash after shopping all day in Rehoboth, taking the jolly trolley and partying all night in Dewey. Tip top management that keeps the rooms clean and tidy and cool light show in the pool. Great spot without spending $500 per night!

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the bed were very comfortable. The Beach was a short walk from the hotel. We definitely will be back.
