I'm a bit of a regular here, and I've never had a bad experience. The food is delicious, and is always ready on time for pick-up. The staff is hard-working and very kind. Definitely recommend.

It's unfortunate that I didn't atke pictures to support my review lol. The food was really good, I orded a dinner meal for each of the 4 members in my family and there weren't any complaints. The delivery guy was kind. We'll be ordering from here from now on, this is our new take out spot.
We ordered:
Orange Chicken w/white rice
Sauted broccoli w/white rice
Boneless spare ribs w/ pork fried rice
Boneless spare ribs w/ fried chicken & fried rice combo
Fried chicken
There was also a coupon for small general tso chicken, it was so good.

Jack Chen’s in East Longmeadow has been a welcome experience pretty much once a week for a few years now and especially during the pandemic! So easy to order on BeyondMenu and fast and friendly delivery! Oh and we find the food is very good!

Jack Chens is hands down the best Chinese food in the area, the menu has plenty of options! even for picky eaters like me! They are affordable, fast, clean service. They follow directions on notes when making an online order. Im very satisfied and will be returning soon!

I usually order here because it's the best Chinese around where I live. Never had any mistakes with my order and they deliver quickly. Only complaint I can make is one time the spare ribs from the pu pu platter were a little burnt around the edges. My kids don't even care tho, they actually liked it. 🤦‍♀

This is one of my favorite places to eat at. My child and I both enjoy the menu and choosing different items every time we order. The lo mein is one of my favorites as well as their barbecue spareribs and their general tsao chicken. I highly recommend this location in East Longmeadow and now that I work across the street from them I’m definitely going to be getting take out more often!!!

For a while this place was a weekly lunch tradition for me. Its one of my favorite chinese food places. The staff is wonderfully friendly. The food is delicious and affordable. The portions are sizeable and the menu diverse. My wife likes their selection of vegetarian dishes. Everything I've tried has been good. I recommend it to all my friends in the area, by far one of my favorite places.

if u like chicken pad thai (which usually is NOT on most chinese spots menu) get theirs !! My GO TO! But everything on their menu is amazing!
