Masse's American Bistro

We had a great dining experience at Masses. The pan seared scallops were exceptional as well as the baked haddock with scallops. Service was also good during a busy dining time. Definitely will dine there again.

This place is super nice. The dining room is nice and very clean. The food is delicious and service was on-point. Great place for cocktails or lunch. Nancy was my server and was great. I'm leaving this review so I can find them again next time I'm nearby!

We had a buffet for about 25 people after a family member’s funeral, and things could not have been any better! The food, staff, ambience were all fantastic! Very grateful to all who made this a wonderful afternoon for our family.

Masse's has been one of my favorite restaurants for years now! When my husband and I were brainstorming places to have our rehearsal dinner in the Pioneer Valley earlier this month, it was the only place we both felt confident in as far as the quality of food, welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service.

We worked with management (Kathy and Lori) and one of the chefs (Jayce) to create a pre-fixe menu for our guests. While the side room at the restaurant where we held our event is somewhat small, it was perfectly comfortable for about 25 of us.

Our servers were Kelli and Jan and they were on the ball all night! Drinks were never empty. Food came out pretty quickly which was surprising to me for such a large group! We had a few family style appetizers: mini-crab cakes, shrimp cocktail, and bruschetta which were all excellent. Pretty much everyone ordered a cup of clam chowder or lobster bisque and raved about it! Our pre-fixe menu had 4 different entree options but the crowd favorites were the steak tips and the peach bourbon salmon!!

I would highly recommend Masse's to anyone looking to host a small event or even just for dinner! Memorial Drive is full of junk fast food and chain restaurants so this place is a diamond in the rough in my opinion.

The best American 🇺🇸 Bistro. Located in Chicopee,MA. This Bistro have the highest quality seafood. The best!!!!. Staff were very professional and friendly & very clean restaurant. Definitely will come back

Great seafood and appetizers, and the service was excellent. Good size portions, too! My only complaint (and it is a small one) is that the way the place is made sound really carries so it can be a bit loud sometimes. Overall, I love it and will be back soon for sure.

The food is great, my favorite is the lobster mac and cheese!! And everything is always fresh.

I,surprised my wife on her birthday tonite, and took her to Masse's Bistro.The host,Kathy,was very warm and welcoming, our server,Kelly,a pleasant surprise. My wife ordered the blackened salmon, it was melt in your mouth fabulous tasting. I chose the baked, cod,scallops, and stuffed shrimp combo,I couldn't have gotten better tasting seafood at any establishment.

Always go here when we come to visit. Fresh seafood.

Food was very good! Except i ordered scallop dinner & it usually comes with fries & cole slaw. I prefer mashed pot w scallops though, & bcuz i rather the mashed u get no side, waitress informed me, which was the slaw. Asked for gravy on the pot. She said no gravy. Which was surprising!! Mashed, no gravy! Nor do u get any breads, rolls. The prices r on the higher side. U think they could spring for couple rolls. Our ck was over $100 +for 2 people & that was w/o cocktails, & we both had water. Higher end establishment, w no gravy was just a little disappointing!! Other than that the scallops were very good. Also appetizers, i had a bite or two. Grandson ate the rest waiting for his meal which im not sure what it was he ordered. He said food was very good! Waitress was very nice. I remember when Masse's was on chicopee st & corner of bemis down in Willimansett! Tiny lil place that sold just their seafood..have come a long way since then!!

Come to the source for fresh seafood. Masse’s has been supplying local restaurants with seafood for decades. Great place for the freshest seafood, craft cocktails, raw bar.
