Delicious new Vietnamese restaurant! Coming from Boston, I wasn't sure what to expect, but their pho is absolutely incredible! It had a blend of different spices which you could easily taste and the noodles were cooked just right. The bun (vermicelli) with grilled pork was also delicious. The pork was marinated perfectly and gave me that special burst of flavor when eaten with the vermicelli noodles. This is my new go to Vietnamese place when I go to Western Massachusetts!

Visited with family who lives nearby and both food and service was spot on. The build-your-own spring roll plate was SO delicious and fun to eat. The meats were juicy and well-seasoned and the veggies were crisp. It was a unique experience we all enjoyed.

Phở is my favorite dish and the one they serve at Phở Delicious is extraordinary! The atmosphere is great too and the staff was super polite. Will definitely go again.

My teenage daughter and I stopped by for lunch and we were very happy with our experience. We split a beef appetizer that was simply delicious and we each had a fantastic tasting spring roll. That dipping sauce was so flavorful. The food is elegantly presented in every way.
We each ordered an entree that was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic. Portions were generous.
My daughter was simply thrilled with their tea selection especially something called bubble tea.
We will definitely be back with friends and family.

Went out here once for takeout and the food we got was amazing. My boyfriend and I just got back from Vietnam and were really craving Vietnamese food and this place hit the spot. I’m going to be honest, I don’t go to a Vietnamese restaurant for the service, I go for the food. Lower your service expectations and just enjoy the food because this place is legit (not saying this about this restaurant, just Vietnamese restaurants in particular). The service we got here was good, however, we didn’t do a sit down meal. We got the egg rolls and rice vermicelli with grilled pork. Both were excellent and definitely coming back when we visit again!

Food was incredible!! Ordered the noodles with chicken, beef and meatballs and the eggs rolls and it was all delicious. 100% would recommend!
The owner is incredibly nice too! Happy to see business going well for them!

All I can say is that this place has some of the best food that we've had in awhile!! So fresh... from their vegetables, and fresh herbs, right down to the rice paper wraps...Service was exceptional...with them showing us how everything went together, and how to dip the rice paper in water to roll up all the wonderful fresh ingredients. I would highly recommended checking this place out. But be careful because it could become your new favorite place to eat!!!

The Super Special bowl comes in an aquarium sized trough and it's worth the abdominal pain to eat/drink all of it.

I've come here with friends, family, alone and Hoi (the Owner) has always been super friendly and has even given me extras to eat. This dude loves his product and it shows. the pho here really is delicious - this place is one of my favorites.

Tried it for the first time today. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Owner made sure to touch our table, make small talk, and was very pleasant. Will 100% be back and often.

I’ve never written a review before about a restraunt but the owner and staff where so kind and attentive and the food and boba tea so phenomenal I just wanted to give props where it’s due. Thank you for the great experience! We’ll be back soon!

I hesitate before driving all the way into the depths of Springfield, MA to get authentic Vietamese food. Now I don't have to, thanks to a five-month-old newcomer: Pho Delicious.

It truly has delicious on the menu, from Pho to meaty or vegetarian entrees.
I sampled the filet mignon with garlic, black pepper and soy--tender meat, which for this dish is usually a cheaper round steak, not the excellent quality filet in this entree. My friend, Monique, who introduced me to this eatery, had the Korean style short ribs, which she found tasty, but not as tender as my filet, and served oddly with fish sauce. I guess that is traditional, but it didn't seem like the right condiment for these ribs.

We ordered a side of stir-fry veggies, rich with fresh, garden peppers, baby corn, mushrooms, onions, and broccoli, and it was stir-fried to perfection.

Owner Hoai Le knows what Vietnamese cuisine is about. Born in the U.S.A., he says his goal is excellence in food and customer service, and he is aiming at a balance to please those who want authentic cuisine, and those who need a bit of Americanized versions of classics. I would say he's off to a great start achieving this mission.

The entrees are affordable, mid-range, and there are egg rolls, amazing spring rolls, which we tried, chicken wings, calamari, and more for appetizers while you wait for the efficient kitchen to prepare your entrees or Pho.

We will be back. Hoai is hands-on, stops by every table, and listens. He uses olive oil, yay, in the veggie stir fry. Deep fryer oil will be changing to something way better than Canola after our conversation. I told you he listen--and he cares--deeply.

Welcome to the neighborhood. Please make this place a success and visit often--even if it's just for Pho or bubble tea. It's a great space.

My new favorite place for Vietnamese food! So delicious and satisfying! Great service and atmosphere! Highly recommend the seafood fried rice and fried egg rolls...amazing!

This was my first Pho experience and it was great! I ordered the noodles and brisket and it was very fresh and tasty. Very quick service for lunch!

I love this restaurant. I've eaten PHO at many places and have never finished my broth. The broth was amazing here and left me wanting more. This will be my only go to place for PHO.
