During the Pandemic 😷 I ordered take out from this restaurant and had a very tough day. I ordered a late lunch and was going to try their dessert special. I then realized that I didn’t have enough cash for anything extra and told the cashier that I’d just be getting the sandwich. To my surprise, I opened the bag and found my food along with the dessert and a note with it. I still have it and am sharing it in the photos…I was so surprised and grateful 🥲and that act of pure kindness will always be an amazing memory.

This was a first for us after hearing so many good reviews from friends. Not disappointing at all. We had the shaved rib eye steak sandwiches in a warm torpedo roll with fries. It was excellent. Warm tavern like atmosphere with great service. We went on a Tuesday around 3:30 and were able to seat right away. Towards 5:00 there were people waiting at the door for seating. I would say it’s a popular place with good food. I’ll definitely go back and try the other items on their menu.

Fun spot in Warren. Place was packed. Felt like Newport, without the traffic. My wife loved the vibe. I loved the street tacos. Wow! They were awesome! Service was just right...shout out to Lauren, our sweet server.

Second time here and its always a great experience. The servers are knowledgeable and attentive no matter how busy. The food is always great and the cocktails are well crafted. THE DESSERTS ,if you can get your hands on them, I’ve come to learn are made by the owners mother. This past week I had the pleasure of having the carrot cake and I am extremely particular about Carrot Cake. This woman is truly doing the lords work with her baking Best Carrot cake I’ve ever had. The Pistachio Cake when available is out of this world

I'm a big fan of the square peg! I've had the opportunity to go a few times and every order has been great. Each time we have gone we have gotten excellent service! My favorite burger is definitely the pub burger! Great house sauce and the meat is on point.

Street tacos and Mozz sticks are other favorites here for us! The pub can get really busy so make sure you arrive early! Enjoy!

Finally found the time to go and it was well worth it. Showed up a bit after they opened, and beat the crowd, as by the time we left the place was packed. Food and drinks were amazing, prices fair(total for 2 meals, app, 3 mixed drinks and tip around $90) considering the food and drinks(highly recommend the apple mule) were top notch. I'm generally a fan of trying new things or specials you dont normally see, so we tried the loaded Brussel sprouts, and they were amazing. I usually do not like any kind of onions, but the pickled onion strips on the plate went well with the flavors of the Brussel sprout, bacon, and goat cheese. For meals we ordered the apple prosciutto brie sandwich and the chicken queso birria tacos. Both were delicious, with the fries that came with the sandwich an unexpected hit(fluffy inside, crunchy flavorful outside). As the restaurant is pretty small, I can see why many people have told us the wait can be very long, but I would say, if you can beat the rush, or don't mind the wait, this is for sure a place worth the visit!

Great place, loved my experience las night. All of the staff was SO nice and friendly. Our server (I'm sorry I forget her name she was blond!!) explained everything to us perfectly and had perfect timing. The drinks were BOMB and pretty! Will definitely be coming back. The drink and food menu were both extensive with many options. The espresso martini was unique and tasted amazing, recommended by our server. The three of us each got 2 drinks, and an entree, and we also shared apps. Our bill was under $100 ?!?! Definitely making this the new summer spot, thank you Square Peg!!

Best burger of my life... French onion burger medium rare with bacon added. The food was almost as good as the service and the Blood Orange martini... Thank you Kelsey... not sure of the spelling, but certain that she is one of the best bar tenders / servers out there...

One of the best casual restaurants around. Great drinks and amazing food. Get the mozzarella sticks, they are AMAZING. Living on the west bay, it’s rare for me to go out of my way to the east bay just for dinner or lunch, but this is one of those places I absolutely will drive 35-40 minutes for.

I got the Greek salad and my wife got the chicken quesadilla. We were both very impressed with our selections. The service was great. And the atmosphere is welcoming.

The food was great and lunch actually cost us less then we expected. It doesn't get better then that!

Some old coworkers and I met up to have dinner here. There's not much that The Square Peg can do wrong in my opinion. The food was the perfect size and price. We had food & drinks and the bill was less than we were all anticipating. The food came out very quickly and the bartender and waitress were able to get everything perfect. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Twice in one week should say something. Came here for the first time in Wednesday for a casual meeting and returned with my wife on Saturday because I was impressed. Super comfortable vibe, warm tones, cool spot for a lunch or dinner when you want something fast, casual+, and delicious. Prices are on super reasonable and drinks were great. Do it, you won't regret it!

Can’t believe I didn’t come here sooner. The food is absolutely reasonably priced and also so yummy. The atmosphere is relaxed and cool. Our server, Lizzie, was amazing and very attentive. Will definitely be back!

It was sooooo great to stumble across this hidden gem! From the food, the service, the staff, the environment... Everything was absolutely phenomenal!! A definite go to, now on my list of favorites!! I had the Loaded Brussel Sprouts ... Bacon 🥓, Goat Cheese 🧀, and Pickled Red Onions 🧅😋

Good bar with both outdoor and indoor seating. Have been there many times and thought the food was always really good. These days everyone seems to close pretty early by about 9 because of covid-19. Worth hanging out and a friendly bar.

This place never disappoints.
Food is always on point.
Great service.
Prices are reasonable considering the quality of food.
The slightly dark and rustic atmosphere is great as well. Four stars instead of five though because it can get really loud when the place fills up, and it becomes difficult to have a conversation.
They do have limited outdoor seating, which is great when the weather cooperates.
I never turn down an opportunity to come here.
