Helene's Bridal Shop

I well remember Helene's Bridal shop back in the 1960's as a young woman, I modeled in several shows for Helene back then and remember buying a purple satin and velvet dress with long zip sleeves one I had modeled thus I got a discount, made me feel ever so elegant. I an now in my 80's and Helene's shall always hold special place within my memories. She wanted me to go to John Robert Powers modeling school in N.Y. City as she felt I was a natural, yet it scared me to death as I felt I might well lose myself in that city.

I recently purchased my bridesmaid dress from this bridal shop and was very happy I did! They had a beautiful selection of dresses, and were very helpful in the process of choosing the right one. I will be a returning customer!

I bought a wedding dress back in 1998 and the beading and design was gorgeous and the service was wonderful.

The woman there was not too interested in helping me find a veil since I got my dress elsewhere but did let me try on a few. She did give me some good advice as well.

Bad service
I Called her to ask a question and she told me she had customers and she hung up on me. I told her my price rang for dresses and she pushed dresses on me that were out of my price rang.
