Grand 38 Restaurant

I have been eating at this restaurant for over 7 year regularly. I have never had a bad meal. All the food is fresh and cooked perfect. Definitely the best place around hands down. The bar drinks are also great with an awesome bartender on the weekends.

Always great food and top notch service from the bartenders. Owner Tony is also a great guy, and will usually stop by and say hello..

We've been quite a few times and each time the quality of the food and service is consistently great.

Absolutely love this place. A friendly place to see and meet people.Food is great .,I heard Tony,( owner ) brings his cooks in from Boston. Anyway, servers are terrific and very pleasant. Have met some of the very nicest people there. Can't say enough about it.

Excellent Chinese food! This was the first time I ordered from here. Very impressed and will absolutely be ordering again! Amazing food! You can tell they use quality ingredients.
Ordered delivery and given an estimate of 45 minutes. Food was here in 30 and was piping hot. Very pleasant delivery driver.
I tend to judge a place on their French Fries. Lol.Chinese places tend to have the best fries and these did not disappoint. Golden, salty and perfect combination of softness on the inside and crisp outside. Regular smooth fries without the crunchy beer-batter.
Crab Rangoon were stuffed with cream cheese and not too sweet. beef teriyaki was tender and amazing- glaze they use is perfect. Wasn’t chewy or tough- they use quality meat. Beef Lomien was cooked perfectly- the noodles were not too soft and were nice and dark with lots of large chunks of beef. The Sesame Chicken was all white meat with lots of sauce. Everything was cooked perfect- nothing was dry or over done.

The staff is welcoming, attentive, and truly invested in you having an enjoyable visit. The food has been consistently excellent--best steamed Peking Ravioli ever!! It's worth a visit and you'll find yourself going back for more.

Never a bad meal. I mostly do take-out. We have got table service and no issues there either. The food is delicious, the girls at the counter are always pleasant as well as the wait staff. My only complaint is that I am about 2 streets away from the edge of their delivery area, however it is well worth the drive.

We love Grand 38, the staff is always super friendly with amazing yummy food! The owner (Tony) is the coolest, when he first found out about my Celiac Disease he created a dish for me that I could eat (egg fried rice with salt & sugar)... it is SO delicious that I crave it often... I have ordered it every time we eat there or order from there!!

The food in the restaurant is my favorite taste. The service is also very enthusiastic. will come often in the future

This is the 2nd time in 3 wks we've eaten here through takeout and im just saying WOW... Food is awesome ..delicious flavor an all items ordered both times ....Would recommend to anyone who loves gd Chinese food...😋

Food came out fairly quick but was pipping hot and definitely made fresh. That's awesome except I'm forced to type this out while my stomach rumbles in a sad sad attempt to distract myself till it cools off. I had a good feeling about this place, glad I was right!

This place is AMAZING 🤩 High quality food, fast service! I have not ordered anywhere else since trying this place, I have tried almost every Chinese food joint in the greater lowell area, this place is on par with wag sang and foody goody.

Try their General Gau’s Chicken!! I won’t have it from anywhere else.. Their shrimp lo main is heavenly..

Went here on New Years Eve of 2016 . Just walked in and was able to order a special for 25 people right away, a 15 min wait and the food was fresh and for as busy as they were the staff was smiling and friendly. Very impressed.

Best General Gau's I've ever had. I get that and the vegie lo mien every time I go. It's that good that I don't even bother trying other dishes. :D

Always have a good time here staff are very friendly and they make delicious drinks. The food here is to die for. Im a regular here for a very good reason.
