By The Sea Guests

My hubby and I went down to Denisport to scout out a new vacation spot for our family vacation every September.
Well we hit the nose on the head with the first hotel/Inn. The Sea View Inn guest Bed and Breakfast.
The staff was very friendly . From our house keeper who gladly gave us more towels and plastic bags to the Inn keeper/manager Erin who I bonded over children with. She is a real beach plum!
We arrived to breakfast late the first morning and still the kitchen staff so graciously let me substitute a beautiful fruit mixture instead of a blueberry sauce.
They alternate a savory dish one day then a sweet dish the next. Very well cooked and tasty French toast! The egg ham and cheese croissant breakfast was big enough to share. I did! The home fries were wonderfully crispy outside and fluffy in the middle.
The breakfast room is airy and bright white and easily accesible from inside and out.
The beach and water view is bar non!
Our double bed room accommodations were exactly as shown on their website. Nicely minimal decor. Very good use of a cozy space. The bed is very comfortable.
I would suggest a good outside window cleaning more often since the ocean views are brilliant. It's still a 5!
There is ample seating all throughout the exterior as seen in photos. I had a wonderful nap on the covered outdoor seating couch...oh that salt air!
Super clean. The private beach is raked over each night.
Already booked for next year. So happy to have found our new family vacation spot on the first visit!

Erin and Alexa along with the staff were the dream team to make ours and all our families stay perfect for our wedding weekend. Additionally, it was great to see the owner’s and family’s love and care for their business and all of them were warm and welcoming. The rooms were cozy and right by the beach which made for a perfect wedding backdrop. Breakfast options each day for guests were perfect from French toast with mango peach sauce to omelets and bacon. By the Sea Guests went above and beyond to assist the night of the ceremony and reception. The bonfire option with s’mores was a perfect ending to the night and they even made us a hand painted chalkboard sign to display. Erin is so creative and crafty with her handmade decorations for the venue that added a special touch for our tables. All in all, they put a lot of thought and assistance into extra details that went above our expectations and we’d be back again and again just for a fun staycation. We cannot recommend them enough for not only a relaxing beach stay but also to book your wedding.

This was a cute place. My room was clean and had 2 windows I could open to get a nice breeze in the room. They had beach chairs and umbrellas. It wasn't busy so it was quiet just what I was looking for. Breakfast was served in the morning and the girls who made and served my breakfast were very nice. This is exactly what I was looking for, a relaxing getaway from it all!

Lovely spot and highly recommend! The B&B has a private beach + delicious breakfast. My friends and I got to know the owners very well and the staff were friendly.

We had an amazing stay! This cute B&B was so cozy and worth every penny! Very clean and so relaxing! The owners were so nice and accommodating I felt like I was staying with friends. The beach was very kept and the weather was perfect. A definite place to return to, I prefer during the off season, and I can’t wait to return.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, considerate and thoughtful. We have stayed there every year for the past six and we love the place. Last Summer we asked if we could get married on their beach and we started to think about the possibility of a July 2020 wedding.

We all know the world has changed quite a bit over the past year, the one thing that has not changed at all was the support and assistance we got from the owner and the staff at By The Sea.

Leon, Erin, Laura and Alexa answered every question, offered nothing less than unconditional support and encouragement and totally superseded all our expectations.

We had a beautiful (small, socially distant) ceremony and an authentic Cape Cod Clam bake under the most beautiful New England sky you could ever hope for.

This is the best place you could ever pick to stay on the Cape. The location and their beach are perfect and the atmosphere created by Leon and Erin is unmatched.

Very relaxing getaway :) We stayed in the 'Bed and Breakfast' portion and the little breakfast bar in the morning was very nice. (Because of Covid they offered individually wrapped muffins, yogurt cups, fruit cups, granola, and coffee). The room was very clean upon arrival. The private beach was really nice! On the other side of the rope was a public beach which was packed, so it was very convenient to have our own private spot :) Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas were all provided for free. Looking forward to our next trip!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel is right on the ocean with its own very nice private beach. Comfortable chairs and umbrellas were provided along with beach toys for the children. We enjoyed our stay and we will certainly be back.

Our 5 day stay in Sept 2021 was wonderful, exceeded my expectations, and only wish it was longer! The staff and owner were so friendly and helpful, the beach beautiful, can't wait to return! Felt like home.

Location is just perfect: Breakfast is just in front of the beach. You have everything you need on the beach or at the Hotel. You just need to bring you swimsuit and your sun protection. Crew is super nice and ready to help or answer any questions.

June 13 We stayed 2 nights first time loved it. Beautiful place, ocean view great staff. Good breakfast. Fireplace outside. Booked for June 2023.

i had a wonderful nights stay in the inn. spotless. soft towels. comfy bed. good wifi. breskfast incl was homemade, eggs stuffed fr toast, sausage, oj, coffee. Best, perched on the water by the sea. I can't wait to come back!

Very comfortable and charming place to stay on Cape Cod. The front office staff was very helpful in helping us with suggestions on places to eat and visit. The room was very clean, updated and quiet. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

A lovely little seasonal place on the water with a great breakfast in the morning. We loved it so much we’ve come back again this year. Most of the local shops and restaurants nearby close after summer so make sure to go then. Very highly recommended!

Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I enjoyed every minute of this place. The atmosphere was very cozy and immediately I was at home. I didn’t want to leave. The B&B was located at a great spot in Dennisport. The owners were very nice and accommodating. I loved this place and was very sad to leave it ! Can’t wait to return.

One of the best places in dennisport. I loved it here. Everything was perfect. Just awesome. You defiantly will see me soon. Beds were comfy, and everything was just so cozy. Owners were amazing, and very friendly and helpful. Will be back..

I’ve been going to cape cod for 49 years and this was the nicest B and B I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, clean, cozy and inviting. The host was very nice and accommodating. The only downfall was that I didn't get to stay longer. Can’t wait to go back.

The location is beautiful with a little private beach that's quiet and convenient. The staff are so friendly and accommodating! The place is clean and the breakfast delicious. Highly recommend a stay here!
