Southcape Resort and Club

Honestly was not expecting much but the pictures online don’t do it justice. We had our own condo and it was massive. Multiple tennis courts, indoor pool AND outdoor pool. Also a small library and gym inside the front office. Lovely front desk and housekeeping staff.

It is a nice place to stay. Seems a little dated and no longer has the conveniences it once had such as a disposal in the sink but if you like doing day trips, we basically use it to sleep and shower. Bring your own cooking utensils and shell fish eating tools and you'll be great. Don't forget the lobster pot if you plan on cooking your own. There is a great place to buy seafood including lobsters near the Coast Guard Station in Sandwich.

This is my favorite place to stay when I come to the cape! I absolutely love this place. Beautiful older duplexes with very wonderful staff. Especially the guy who trades in your sheets and towels every week! I can't remember his name but he is always in the best mood and soooo polite and courteous! In the month I was here I don't think I ever saw him even once not smiling. All the staff I met here as a matter of fact were very accommodating and kind hearted. They kind of treat u like family! It's a very relaxing and I felt safer there than I do at home now. It's a little pricey but so very worth it!

Spacious 2 bed 2 bath condos are veey well appointed and clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We have visited several times and plan to go back again. The resort is located in a woodsy area off the highway. Highly recommend.

This was my third year visiting here, and my first (hopefully last) during COVID! The housekeeper made sure that everything was nice and tidy, it smelled like cleaning chemicals when we first walked in which is a good sign during this pandemic. Always a pleasure staying here. I received all the information I needed and had a great stay here. I will be planning another vacation here for this year, 2021, and many more to come! Enjoyed spending the start of a New Year at Southcape.

Stayed this past week and had a great time. Everyone in the office was super nice, and the rooms were great..we had a living room, porch, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a jacuzzi tub in the main bedroom. First night we had a lot of ants in the living room but housekeeping took care of it and never had any issues again. Would definitely recommend, and will be staying again!

my family goes here every year, the rooms are amazing, the staff are great, and the amount of info they give you about various activities is bountiful. the pools are well maintained and on the medium to large scale, there is indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a basketball net, shuffleboard, sauna, and even a fitness center.

We had an amazing 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with 5 beds, a kitchen, living room and dining table. The​ condo was beautiful and the pool area was beautiful. They also had some tennis courts and a very nice staff.

Outstanding and very comfortable environment. The price was very good and staff at check in was very polite and helpful.

There are plenty of amenities and these Condos are plenty roomy. The only con I have at this time is that the check out time is at 10:00 instead of 11:00 a.m. but, we will make this happen to keep from paying an extra $50.00 for every hour past 10:00 a.m. Would I reccomend, very much so, "YES"...

I was here for a girls' week and it was a nice place to stay. Spacious living area and adequate kitchen furnishings. Fairly quiet. Staff was friendly. Travel to other areas of the cape from here was easy and lots of great shops and restaurants in Mashpee if you want to stick close by.

Great location to explore the Cape. Room was very clean and people were super nice. Resort jas lots of amentities. Indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, playground, library with books games and puzzles and an exercise room although we didnt use them. We were there to see the area and the islands. Perfect place to rest after a day of sightseeing.

I have been going to the south cape in mashpee Massachusetts all my life and it'll 's one of the best experiences I have ever had.there Is room for the whole family plus a few guest with on big room with a bed a pull out couch a loft with two beds and another room with two bed. It has so many fun things to do there and so many fun places to do around it . The cape itself has a playground, gym , indoor and outdoor tennis courts, and a indoor swimming pool. It's a great place to stay and I love it there.

Been coming here for years, it's a great spot to do day trips from and come back to. It's easy access to Falmouth and the islands one way. And Provincetown and the outer cape the other.

Didn't know what to expect as we just were looking for a place for dinner.well we loved it !! Food, service, atmosphere were a nice surprise. Going back again while we are down. HIGHLY recommend !!

The time share house we own is on the older side but still a great place. Indoor pool, tennis and an outdoor pool in convenient locations

Good location. Mashpee Commons with 90 stores, restaurants, movie theatre only 1.5 miles away. Great pool and places for exercises.
