Great place! They have so much in the store from clothing, to home goods and gifts. Day Off is my go-to spot for gifts!

My go to for everything bohemian be it wardrobe or home design. DayOff is a vibe that inspires. The staff is A+, the flow is organized and fashion forward and most of all it’s a killer local business! Bravo to you all for making every trip into your boutique a pure treat!

I love The style clothes and aesthetic of the store. I keep trying to go back to purchase items to give it another chance, but the customer service is not great. Young girls that need some guidance on how to work in customer service/retail. Greeting customers, being aware of standing around talking to each other, and just smiling can be very important.

Very poor customer service. Unless you are a size 0-6, don't bother shopping in this store. I wear a 10, and was looking for the appropriate size, and was told in a VERY condescending tone that BIGGER sizes weren't available, must be sold out. The salesperson was very rude, like I was wasting her time. NEVER going back!! So I went to Lily Pulitzer and dropped $500 in their store😅🤣😂

Went looking in the store because someone suggested it to me because they had fine clothes. Within the first 5 minutes I find a cute bathing suit top and take it off the hanger because it would be easier to hold. Then a older lady that works the there tells me to give it to her (It was in my hand) so she could hang it back up. She said it in a very rude manner and I told her I was going to try it on then she told me that she was going to hang it up in the changing room. All of this in a very rude tone. Then I see her look at another worker and they both laugh. I then proceed to shake that off and then look around the store for more stuff. The younger worker that laughed then proceeded to follow me throughout the store faking that she was doing stuff. She also goes up to other young workers and they both stare at me. So at this point all of the workers are staring at me and I feel very uncomfortable to be in the store so I left. I understand I’m young and the bad rep that younger kids get because some shoplift but I thought it was absolutely disgusting for storeowners to act that way to their costumers.

The service at this store is actually disgusting. I went in shopping for new summer clothes because I am going on a cruise next week. Instead of breaking into the 2K I have in my account for the cruise, I wanted to check if they had afterpay so I could have that money and just pay after. When I went to try on the clothes the rude worker made me leave my purse outside of the dressing room insinuating I would be stealing. I felt so disrespected and disgusted by her attitude I left. I pointed out that the other people in the dressing room did not have to leave their purse outside of the dressing room. You can get Free People clothes ANYWHERE avoid this store at all costs. Awful service.

My friend and I came to this store after a recommendation from another friend. After 2 minutes inside there was a worker following one of my friends around the store. We tested this by walking from one side of the store to the other multiple times and every time the worker would follow us. The clothes were cute but my friend was so thrown off by this so she went outside and waited. The worker then proceeded to stalk me as I waited for my other friend in the changing room. I went to the changing room to see something my friend wanted to show me and the same worker followed me there and talked to the worker who was by the changing rooms. When I was walking out she accused me of handing my friend something insinuating that we were trying to steal. The workers are rude and judgmental and I hope no one else has to deal with this.

I brought back a bracelet which had broke and they would not give me a new bracelet or store credit because I did not have my receipt. I will not be shopping there again. That is poor customer service!
