Unit 100A is fantastic! If it's located right on the back with a beautiful view and parking next to the unit. Wonderful interior 2 bedroom unit with all amenities. A+ rating!

Room was lovely with an ocean view from my bed! Right on the beach so I could jump out of bed at the first hint of daylight and watch the sunrise. Pool was heated and lovely.

I had to unfortunately cancel my planned trip here (would have loved to stay!). Since it was a non-refundable booking I was scared that I'd be left with the bill but Nicole was very helpful and managed to arrange an exception for my case. Very friendly!

Stayed here to celebrate my birthday and the room was amazing! good size bathroom, windy iron rod staircase to the second floor, which overlook the living room and kitchen area. all the kitchen supplies you could ever need including a crock pot. just a short walk to the ocean house restaurant which was to die for. multiple pools and a hop and skip away from the beach! you could see the water from the building. would absolutely stay again!!!

Wonderful! Ocean front property, walked to the sandy beach and stepped into the Atlantic Ocean (for the first time). The water was cold (not freezing), but the sand warmed up my feet.

The second floor suite was very comfortable, just like an apartment. It had a kitchenette, but was missing a range (stove/oven). In this case, on this trip we didn't need one since we ate out each night on this short trip (only 3 nights), however on a longer trip it would be helpful.

The beds were very comfortable in this 2-bedroom apartment. Perfect water pressure in the 2 bathrooms. The size of the bedrooms were ample size, no tight spaces at all. Ample dresser and closet space, and room to store empty luggage. Two full baths.

Loved the in-room jacuzzi tub, it was large enough to hold 3 people if you chose to do so. The view was beautiful, opened the blinds from the master bedroom and the living room to be greeted by a view of the ocean and beach just a few hundred feet away. The dining area with the dining room table (which comfortably sat 4, could seat 6 if needed) was a very nice size, as was the living room. Couch was comfortable to sit on (didn't need the pull-out couch).

The electric fireplace in the living room that looked like real flames was a very nice added touch, added to the ambience. When it was chilly, I turned up the temperature a little bit. When there wasn't any chill, I just left it on without throwing any heat.

Parking was awkward. Pull in, park at an angle, but then no way to back out and turn around (if the parking lot is full) in order to drive out of the parking lot. Especially difficult to navigate if trying to back out of the parking spot after dark and/or in the rain. (I'm a former OTR trucker -- 18 wheeler -- so it's not as if driving, parking or backing is usually a challenge for me.)

Would definitely go again! The photo attached is the ocean view from the living room in the morning with the sunlight touching the water.

We have enjoyed our stay at The Breakers Resort. The beautiful ocean views from the beachfront rental have been breathtaking. The staff has been friendly, helpful and attentive. The rental could use some upgrades, and a bit more attention to keep it in a more pristine condition, but everything else is great. We look forward to coming again in the near future.

Had a studio, small but perfect for 2 people. 87-year-old mother easily got to the room & had a Murphy bed. Couch was comfortable. Everyone was very friendly, gorgeous beach, lots of fun activities, pool, hot tub...great vacation location! Will definitely return!

Beautiful views of Nantucket Sound. Resort staff are friendly and helpful. Must remember this is an older resort and bluegreen has done as much as possible to update the buildings. No cooking in most units outside of your microwave. Outside gas grills ate an option. Great area to explode the Cape.

I did not stay there. However, we were there because of the beach. The beach was nice and clean. The water did have seaweed but not a lot. It's a nice place to surf. It doesn't have the hugest waves. But it has nice waves. Also, the beaches are divided. You can actually fish there. There is two resort. That is private.

We are here for a week and it has been great. Close to the beach, very comfortable, great employees. We took day trips everyday and had lunch out. Then came home and cooked dinner and enjoyed a few drinks. Grocery store not too far off and there are restaurants close by. Nice big T.V.s in every room and cooking utensils of ever kind. But refrigerator, ice machine, swimming pools. Comfy

I drew a picture showing how to cut across from one resort to the partner resort next door so you can use their outdoor hot tub or indoor pool. The outdoor hot tub was on when I was there in the middle of February and raining. Many friendly people were in it. Enjoy!

Beautiful, nice staff, amazing views. We got upgraded to a better room as well! No stove though, usually Bluegreen resorts have a stove in the room.
