Old Manse Inn

The inn is absolutely beautiful and the location is lovely! The property was immaculate, especially the main house and guest room - just perfect! The breakfasts were delicious and creatively unique. The owners and staff went out of their way to make our stay personal and welcoming, with special touches like flags, balloons, and chocolates for special occasions. Even though my partner and I enjoy privacy, we still felt a warm sense of personal attention that made us feel like we were among new friends. It was a perfect visit.

We had such a lovely stay at the Old Manse Inn! The innkeepers are extremely kind and clearly care about the inn and their guests so much. Before we even checked in, Brian was in touch to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay, and that same level of care extended throughout our time at the inn. The space itself is beautiful and very relaxing, with lots of space to hang out inside and out. We enjoyed sitting outside for the evening wine and cheese hour as well as in the adirondack chairs after we came back from dinner. The breakfast at the inn was superb - there is no need to look elsewhere in the mornings! Finally, we really enjoyed the location - central to most activities on the Cape (it only took us 40 minutes to get to P-town even!). We will certainly be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Old Manse Inn. It was a last minute decision to have a get away to celebrate our anniversary. Our hosts took the time to recognize that with chocolates, note and balloon!
Then to have wine and cheese the night we arrived and a delicious gourmet breakfast each morning was a special treat. We felt like family!

We had a lovely stay at the Old Manse right after our wedding on the Cape. The room was comfortable, the snacks and coffee were lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. Brian was a great host and there was even a lovely wedding gift, chocolates and balloon for us which was so thoughtful. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

My partner and I knew we were in for a treat the moment we pulled into the parking lot. The property is beautifully landscaped with huge chestnut trees! What a pleasant surprise! The innkeepers - Brian and Charlie - are masters in the art of innkeeping. Great attention to detail is an understatement. They have addressed all of our senses: Upon entering, our noses picked up subtle, relaxing aromatherapy. Calming music is always at an appropriate volume. Tea, coffee, cookies and pastries are always on offer, as well as sherry and port in crystal. The building and its furnishings and art are elegant, understated and unique. The linens and leather chair in our room hugged us in softness. The amenities are endless, many of which we did not take advantage of because we stayed during the off-season, but wine & cheese happy hour, chocolates in the room, refreshments on every floor and made-to-order breakfasts were lovely and thoughtful. Even our pet-peeves were addressed: In our room, there were multiple mirrors and 2 luggage racks. The bed and pillows were comfy, too! The friendly staff were always available for our every request or question, but were never intrusive. We absolutely will return. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Hosts are terrific. Home cooked breakfasts where totally superb as made from scratch each day. Wine and Cheese spread every afternoon was a great treat. Centrally located in the "knee" of the cape, easy to get to all locations - maybe a bit more challenging in mid summer, but a good base to call "home". Highly recommend this Inn.

My husband and I have been weekend visitors to Brewster for many years, and this is by far the finest Inn of them all .Brian and Charlie run a world class operation and their attention to detail is evident in the style and comfort of the rooms, the scrumptious breakfasts and meticulously maintained grounds . It’s our favorite place to stay and we will be back soon.

My wife and I stayed for two nights at the inn. We can say with total sincerity that the only place that make us feel more welcomed were our parents houses. Brian and Charlie are the most gracious hosts and it is evident how much they genuinely care about the inn, the surrounding community, and the guests they host. We communicated with Brian leading up to our stay and everything was clearly explained and we knew what to expect when arriving.

Our room was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. The common spaces are gorgeous and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and it was so cool to see Brian and Charlie in the kitchen cooking for their guests! Another way they show how much care and attention they put in.

This is the only place we will be staying when we visit Cape Cod again.

My fiance & I had just been engaged and spent the last part of our trip celebrating in Cape Cod! Our experience at the Inn was more than we could have imagined. Brian and Charlie were lovely hosts and made us feel so welcome. The breakfast each morning was delicious. We also loved the endless supply of fresh coffee and cookies, not to mention the daily wine and cheese. The location was also perfect being walking distance to the beach, quick drive to anywhere on the Cape, and a cute bar called Woodshed. We loved our stay and will most certainly be back!

After looking at several inns in Brewster and the surrounding area we chose Old Manse Inn and we're so happy we did. The inn is beautiful, immaculate and filled with charming and welcoming touches. The location was great! There were many outside seating areas and lush vegetation perfectly kept. Service was top-notch and the owners couldn't do more to make our stay carefree. Our room was lovely and stocked with everything we needed. Freshly baked cookies, cold drinks and coffee were available around the clock. We highly recommend the Old Manse Inn for your stay if you want a memorable Cape Cod vacation!

My husband and I stayed the Old Manse Inn for 3 nights (late October/early November) and our expectations were exceeded. The service was above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious and the attentiveness was superb. Charlie and Brian are gracious hosts and we will be back!

A true gem in Cape Cod!

Had the best time staying at The Old Manse Inn! Brian and Charlie are amazing and super hospitable. The rooms are quaint and clean and the breakfast was always delicious! Loved the entire staff! The grounds around the inn were beautiful as well. There is a nice outside seating area perfect for reading or relaxing... walkability to the beach is great. Brian and Charlie also offer great recommendations for activities if you want to explore! Highly recommend this place! Will definitely be coming back! 5 out of 5 stars!!!

Staying at Old Manse Inn was the highlight of our trip to Cape Cod and Nantucket. It was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast, and it was fantastic! Brian and Charlie were excellent hosts, thinking of everything their guests could need. My husband and I were traveling with his parents, and while we had separate reservations, Brian and Charlie reserved us a 4-top table for breakfast each day so we could all eat together. Speaking of breakfast, each breakfast was incredibly yummy! I tried the daily menu each morning, and enjoyed it all! They paired some flavors I wouldn’t have thought of, but it was all amazing; I even enjoyed some foods I typically pass on! Tea, coffee, soft drinks, and cookies were always available (the tea and coffee were greatly appreciated on the cool, rainy afternoons!), and their weekend cheese and wine receptions were very nice. It was a fun time to meet other guests and exchange ideas of things to do/places to eat in the area. Of course, Brian and Charlie were experts in this too and provided several great recommendations throughout our stay. OMI is in a great location away from the bustle of some of the larger towns on the Cape, but near a beach, a quick drive to several great restaurants, and fairly centrally located to many of the Cape’s attractions. The rooms were lovely and comfortable (particularly the bedding). It felt like staying at good friend’s house. We’ll be back!

Perfect bed and breakfast experience! My family and I stayed in early September of this year. The innkeepers really provide everything you could possibly need and then some! The rooms are delightful. Our room had the jet tub and the private porch, both of which were so nice to have. We looked forward to reading the menus each day for the breakfasts. Each dish was so thoughtful and served by such friendly staff! We ventured out each day to explore the Cape, and this inn really is in a prime location to get anywhere you need. Feels like it's right in the middle of it all! Part of my family had stayed here before and I'm so glad we were invited along this time! We had heard such great things about the Manse and it's always wonderful when something lives up to word of mouth hype!

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Old Manse Inn! The Lewis Bay Light room was so beautiful and large! A very comfortable room with cozy bedding and a huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub! The porch was a quiet spot to enjoy our morning coffee. The breakfasts were superb! Brian is a wonderful chef! We looked forward to the delicious creative morning menus beginning with an espresso or cappuccino! We ordered a picnic basic for the beach and it was packed with a multitude of delicious foods! It made our first beach picnic on Cape Cod a memorable one. Charlie and Brian are really amazing hosts and the nicest people! We look forward to staying again!

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Cape Cod then look no further than the Old Manse Inn. The location, room and service are all perfect.

Starting with the location, Brewster could not be better located for touring Cape Cod - right in the middle and close to everything. And the Inn itself is perfectly situated within Brewster, walking distance to the beach and to some of the best restaurants in the area.

The rooms are beautifully appointed and well kept. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, with luxurious soft bedding (so good we took a note of the company to order some from).

It's fitting to end with the service because innkeepers Brian and Charlie are two of the most charming people you will ever meet. They add so many nice touches throughout (I won't spoil it for you on here) to make your stay truly memorable. We were especially grateful to Charlie for going out of his way to accommodate a change in our plans so we could stay for longer (is there any better endorsement I can give than that?) and to Brian for his exceptional breakfasts - make sure you stay for as long as you can to enjoy each of the gastronomic feasts he puts on! We can't wait to return and experience their wonderful hospitality again. Thank you Brian and Charlie!

This was our 12th visit to the Old Manse Inn, so that should indicate how amazing it is! The innkeepers, Brian and Charlie, do everything they can to pamper their guests and to make them feel "at home." Throughout the day, after the delicious and beautifully presented 2-course breakfast, there are cookies and chocolate available, along with sodas, coffee, tea, and wine. Afternoon wine and cheese gatherings are offered and are enjoyable, as it gives guests an opportunity to have some interesting conversations. Many outdoor spaces are available for relaxing outside, and the high quality linens on the beds provide the most comfortable night's sleep; it's like sleeping on a cloud! Everything at the Inn is perfect, and it's mid-Cape location, on 6A, a rural road, is ideal! We will definitely return for another lovely stay at the Old Manse!

My husband and I had a great stay at the Old Manse Inn for our anniversary weekend. The innkeepers made us feel welcomed, the room was comfortable, and we were surprised with a lovely anniversary balloon and chocolates on our arrival. It was so thoughtful of them to make our day feel extra special.

The gourmet breakfasts were delicious and filling— it is a great way to start your day before exploring beautiful Cape Cod. The location of the Inn was lovely; located in quaint Brewster— close the beach, and nearby many different little antique shops and restaurants. We will definitely be returning. We have stayed at the Old Manse Inn several times and highly recommend it!!! The owners Brian and Charlie attend to every detail to make their guests feel so welcomed. Their hospitality is exceptional. The inn itself is very charming and the rooms are so quaint. They provide a 2 course delicious breakfast each morning and a wine and cheese reception late afternoon. We can't say enough about this wonderful inn.
