Three Seasons Resort

Amazing. Outstanding. Wonderful. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Our room was right on the beach, and although it was the end of September and chilly out, I was right in the ocean!!!! And the pool is 85° all the time!!! Room was impeccably clean and very large. Staff was so friendly when we asked about sightseeing and restaurants. Definitely will return!!!

It was my wife and I first time visiting Cape Cod and we was happy with the service, room, and staff. Most importantly Tom was great at accommodating from the time we booked our reservations until we arrived. We will definitely be back with friends and family! Thanks again Tom!

We just got back an hour ago. This resort was recommended from my brother who has been a few times. We absolutely loved it! Rooms were so clean. View was amazing (had oceanfront). Nice that beach chairs were provided. Beach was clean. Great for families or couples. Enjoyed some drinks at the Tiki Bar and was amazing to be able to sit on the beach at night. And no one is ever is your parking spot. We left for a quick breakfast and by the time we were back the room had already been cleaned. We will Definately be back. I miss it already!

We had a room block for our Wedding at the Three Seasons and it was amazing! The rooms, view, and courtyard area worked out perfectly. Tom was so helpful through the whole process and made everything so easy. The hotel is located around a lot of attractions, so it was great for people not familiar with the area. I would highly recommend the Three Seasons for a weekend getaway or a room block!

We spent two nights here, and really enjoyed our time although the weather was stormy and we could not use many of the amenities. Our room was very clean and we had excellent view of the ocean. The private beach was kept clean. The breakfast at the cafe was really nice. The restaurant served excellent food, but was too pricey, and since it is all outdoors, got really cold during the night.

This place was amazing. We stayed in the suite for our wedding weekend and could not have been happier. The staff was outstanding (from the manager to the car lot attendant), the rooms were clean, and cozy with great views. The whole place made everyone feel like family. Had many family members stay and everyone had only great things to say. Would absolutely stay again.

Love the Three Seasons! My family and I come every summer. We love that it's steps away from the beach. No need to drive or pay an extra parking fee or anything. Chairs and umbrellas provided too in case you don't have personal ones. Also, since they updated the rooms, they're much better than what they used to look like. It is a little expensive per night during peak season but the fact that I don't have to drive to the beach and can leave my room and walk right down to the beach makes it bearable. Also the hotel Cafe which serves breakfast and lunch is great and service is wonderful. I'll be back!

The beach bar has an amazing location. It's right at the top of a mini rock cliff over looking the ocean. The drinks are great and prices are reasonable for the views you get and live entertainment. The staff was quick and made fantastic cocktails. Go at sunset. You won't be disappointed.

This is a great spot for drinks and food in an outside dining area (inside restaurant seating also available) overlooking the resort's beach. It's always busy and the presence of many local residents tells you it's a good choice. Some of the local people we met came a fair distance to enjoy this spot, and it's one of the best options in the area for drinks and dining in a casual atmosphere!

We walked into a beautiful, spacious clean room. With a refreshing aroma. Love did there and definitely going back.

What a gem! I hope they don't upgrade the website so it stays somewhat a secret. First, the rooms are nicer than they appear. Bedspreads are all white sheets and comforters, beds are comfortable, rooms are very well kept. Second, the poll is beautiful and the adjacent outdoor cafe serves food and adult beverages. There is a green next to the pool where first floor guests can sit on the lawn with provided patio furniture and listen to live music. At the end of the green is a Oceanside tiki bar. For the beach, Tommy Bahama umbrellas are provided along with towels. You will need to bring your own chairs. Service staff is friendly and impeccable, and the food is very good. This is a fantastic value, and the amenities provided resemble other resorts in the area for hundreds less per night.

This is our second year in a row staying at the three seasons resort and we can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Tom is extremely helpful and accommodating. The resort is very family friendly but has more than enough for adults with the amazing restaurant on the grounds and beach side bar with live music. Already booked for next year!

Been coming to this place for years every summer! It's clean and has a beautiful beach with good amenities like a bar and a nice little restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The rooms are nice although not super updated. Overall, we really like it.

I had the best ever time in Dennis Port. If i didn’t choose this resort which had a HEATED pool, restaurant, fireplace, beach, eating area. I wouldn’t have had any fun! I’m so glad I chose this place the room was amazing and i had so much fun with my friends! 10/10 I’m going back 100% because it had everything and it was so affordable!

Exceptional views, great friendly staff, and delicious food next door! This place is a must. I stayed in their oceanview room and was very pleased with the cleanliness and beautififul location of this hotel. Will be coming back!

This year will be our 6th year in a row that we have stayed at The Ocean House Resort. Love everything about it. Private Beach. Music every night. Beach Bar. Just the best.

It was quiet . Beautiful restaurant on premises, beachbar on beach and pool. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Could see ocean from room. Comfortable breakfast cafe. Loved. Short distance to other restaurants in and shopping.

The location was perfect, right on the beach next to Ocean House. The Ocean Bar was right outside of our room. Great views and great drinks. No complaints.

Great breakfasts at the beaches cafe. Wonderful fresh seafood at the tiki bar. Roll out of bed to the beautiful beaches of Nantucket sound.
