Daniel painted the exterior trim of my house. I was most impressed with his responsiveness, the quality and thoroughness of his work and his personable manner. He cleaned up well, is experienced, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Daniels Professional Painting.

I needed my bedroom painted. Daniel did everything I asked him to do and he went above and beyond my expectations. He properly sanded all of the wood trim around the windows and baseboard. He painted carefully with two coats. It has been 12 years since the room was painted. He brought it back to life. I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend him for any of his professional skills, and I have already hired Daniel for my next project to freshen up the rest of the rooms in my house.

I hired Daniel’s Professional Painting to paint my basement.

I asked him to scrape the walls and put up two coats DryLock on the walls. I also had him paint the floor with DryLock floor paint.

Daniel did an exceptional job. It is clear that he cares about the quality of his work - it seemed to me that he was painting the basement as if it were his own.

He communicated clearly about his schedule. He arrived when he said he would and completed the job in a timely way.

He did the job himself. He did not bid the job and then send a crew to do they work. He was the one fully responsible.

I would hire him again if I needed more of his services.

Daniel is an amazing guy and his thoroughness in his work is astounding. He was quick in giving us an estimate at a very reasonable price and he was on time every day of the job and always came with a smile on his face. He was ready and happy to do the work. I used Daniel for a multitude of projects at my home. Power washing my home, painting and staining my deck, replacing my drop ceiling and painting walls in my basement. Daniel is a true professional and does his work as if he owns the property. I highly recommend him for any job, he will get it done.

Amazing. Daniel was the first to reply to our Internet request… He booked an estimate that afternoon and arrived a few minutes early… And gave us a very good price… We wanted our deck pressure washed and then sealed… He did a great job on the pressure washing and even pressure washed our furniture for us also. He did a great job… He then realized he really should sand the deck because of its age and he didn’t feel the seal would take correctly if he didn’t sand it first. We wanted a clear seal but the store didn’t have any he brought the closest thing to it and tried it on one step it was totally acceptable but we did prefer a clear seal… So he said OK they said the new shipment may be in tomorrow I’ll go back to the store... well it was in and he came and showed us that... my husband and I just absolutely love this stain.... he did the deck and all the railings and it looks gorgeous… It looks brand new to us! We moved in in 2004 it was here we don’t know how old it is but this deck looks great! I wish I had a before picture to show you but I don’t. I put the after picture in the file… You can’t go wrong with hiring Daniel! He is very professional and does the right things. He does such a nice job!

Daniel was prompt in providing us with a written estimate on the exterior painting of the trim on our home. He is hard working and gives you his all iin making you a satisfied customer. The job did take a little longer than planned but he followed through... I wish Daniel much success in the future. I hired Daniel last week to paint 4 closets in my home, paying him as he went and found the whole experience frustrating as he was in and out all day long and never finished the job! Left ceilings unfinished, paint on the floor and just a lousy job all around. He is just looking for quick money and once he has it he is GONE! BEWARE!

Total bad experience all around. Google the company and look up BBB. Project wasn't finished and owner of company expects to get paid in full. I should've known better than to believe a complete stranger with borrowed tools to paint. He walked up to my house offering to paint at a low price because he needed a job. I had no idea he had a criminal record and was unlicensed. I learned to do my homework especially when they're going around knocking on doors for work. Very unprofessional.

Daniel came to my house and gave me a price to paint a deck and the back of my house and agreed to show up on a Monday. After not hearing from him I called the middle of the week to find out why he couldnt make it and he promised to show up the following Monday. Again he never showed up, called or texted letting me know he wasnt going to make it. I called him the middle of that week and again he promised to show up for a third time the following Monday to start the job. Again for a third time he never showed up, called or texted. When your lied to 3 times and cant return a call it shows incredible unprofessionalism. This is the first time I have ever written a review but felt anyone looking for a reliable painter should be aware of this.

Terrible experience. Stay away from this painter named Daniel Richards and his company ("Daniel's UNprofessional Painting"). After paying him 2 thirds of the agreed cost for painting the exterior of our home. He left the job and disappeared, leaving us with the mess of a partially sanded home (eye sore) with paint chips all over the property. Totally Unprofessional!!
