Papa Johns Pizza

I had a delivery order and when I opened it up they had forgot my sauce and I was bummed but I thought oh well. About 5 minutes later I got a call and it was the delivery driver asking if I got my sauce and when I told her no she came all the way back across town with it!
Wonderful service and this pregnant lady appreciated it. So thank you Terri at the Georgetown location I appreciate you!

They’re always super fast with making their pizzas!! I always place an online order and it’s always ready for me even if I show up early! Staff is also always super nice to me!!

Pizza was great. Ordered through Door Dash. Only issue was, they misspelled my name so my order was ready for a while according to the app but it sat on the shelf and I stood waiting.

Great experience. I walked in to order. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pizza was ready in about 10 minutes. We ordered The Works pizza with the garlic epic stuffed crust. It was very good. However, I discovered I really prefer the Original crust.
Whatever you order, I highly recommend Papa John's on Osborne Way in Georgetown, KY.

I had picked up a large New York pizza for my family and the product was not the normal Papa John standard. I called and I spoke to the manager - CN and what a quality professional guy he was. He apologized for the pizza and set me up for my next order at no charge. You don’t get this kind of service in many places. Great job Papa John’s Georgetown.

I like this place it's good they have stuff crust and I only know very few who don't like that but yes the pizza is good and the brownie and cookie 😋 also I got it delivered and they didn't take to long and the pizza was freash I think that's important

Me and my fiancé had ordered a couple pizzas about a month ago and unfortunately one of them came out wrong, we called and they said that we could either get a full refund or they could remake it. We forgot about it until tonight and despite it being a month after we called, and Topher was super nice about it and our pizza was ready within 10 minutes :)

Got 2 pizzas and some breadsticks with a few extra sauces. My order was correct and they made sure to check its accuracy before giving it to me. Food was good. No complaints!

Every one there is so awesome and kind. And they take pride in their work and I love that. Much respect for them all.

The lady was amazing at the register because I had my lit granddaughter and hand full and she ask me if she could help me too car. She was awesome. It's exactly what I needed. At that point I had been driving to find ur store. God bless this sweet lady. Oh yeah not too mention the large stuffed curst pizza was amazing and pizza cookie. God is great.

I've been ordering pizza from here for years. I have never had a complaint about this place. My pizza is always delivered in a timely manner, and it's always fresh and hot. Every employee that I have spoken to on the phone has always been nice to me. The driver's have always been nice to me as well. Thank you all, and keep up the good work. I ordered here and my pizza was not exactly what I ordered, they went out of there way above and beyond to remake the order. The employees were friendly and helpful, very easy to correct the problem.

For those of you who complain about the wait time, saying the website told me it would be ready at such, and such time, or the website told me it's ready. They can't help that the while Georgetown of ky calls and places an order all at once. Maybe you should call the store, and ask what the real pick up, or delivery time is instead of going off of what a website tells you. I work for domino's, but love papa johns. We run into the same issues. When we tell people are delivery times are running 2-3 hours, or pick up is running an hour, or 2 behind they still want to place their orders wich puts us behind more because it's another order added on to what we already have on the screen. Then they still call in to complain about the wait time after placing the order. If I called a pizza place, and they told me the wait times were that long, I'd think i would pass on it. Things have been rough every since covid hit, nobody want to work so places like us, pizza hut, papa johns, and other pizza places are having it rough. So instead of crying about how everything is at these placed, how about you be a little bit more understanding. Hell if you don't like how things are ran at these places how about putting in an application see if you can do better running these joints. If you don't like the wait times go somewhere else then. smh.🤦

I always have good experiences here, never had a bad pizza. They do have a drive through window most people dont know about. You have to drive around the whole shopping center to get to it. The bell you have to ring several times because its loud in there and they can't here it. But overall it's a great pizza place.

I ordered online. My order was ready when I arrived, it was hot and fresh.

Initially I had a pretty minor issue with an Extra large pizza not being cut through at all, (We were having to tear it apart) And was a little bit annoyed, so I called it in and to my surprise not only was management incredibly helpful, they spotted us a free extra large pizza to redeem at any time, and we even got a 2L of soda out of the deal.

Highly Recommend this place, they may mess up sometimes but at least they efficiently fix the problem.

Haven't had pizza in a long time and our granddaughters were spending the weekend with us. So I stopped and got them a pizza and then one for us. It was great!!!

They stay busy. But they always give us a fresh pie and everything we need. Hot and very good.
