We went one time but really enjoyed it. It seems more traditional as they will be singing hymns. However, the bulletin was detailed and very thought out. The pastor personally greeted us after and everyone went home with a whole fresh watermelon from University of Delaware! It was THE BEST watermelon I have ever had in my life. They also had some fresh vegetables laid out free for the taking. They made us feel welcome. I really appreciated the sermon which was educational and encouraging. I would love to visit again some time!

My family and I have been members here since 2005! We came to town looking for a Church and found a church family at First Baptist Church of Lewes, DE. God's word is preached, taught, believed and lived out at FBC of Lewes! If you're looking for a Church where you can grow and belong, this is it!

Family came to Delaware wanting a place to plant roots, now, I have been apart of this church for the past 14 years. The Bible is never tainted, spoken with truth and the atmosphere of people is welcoming.
