Joella's Hot Chicken - Crescent Springs

This is kind of a local chain that specializes in fried foods like chicken and fish. It's greasy and messy and delicious.

All of their meats are awesome, and they have a variety of sauces and spices you can stick on them. The fried pickles were my favorite - and it felt like you get quite a lot of pickles for the buck.

First time here, but we will definitely be back. Great selection of chicken and sauces! Mac and cheese is awesome. It definitely tastes like classic Mac and cheese! I got the sliders, and the hubby got the traditional chicken sandwich with the Mac! Well worth the trip. Awesome customer service as well! Super clean dining room. Great sweet tea, as well as lemonade!

Best chicken around! Great spot for lunch, but it can get busy around that time. Employees do a good job to try to get your food to you quickly.

First time coming ordered the 3 tender meal must say the chicken tastes amazing. The joella hot sauce is so good a must try. The Mac and cheese is a must choice for a side. Definitely coming back again.

My food was pretty good it came out so fast. The Parmesan garlic fries are a hit and the chicken tenders are fresh and hot. I am definitely coming back.

After the beyond huge disappointment of chicken and waffles I got at taste of Belgium I lost hope but after discovering joellas and trying the chicken and waffles I was amazing. Great prices awesome staff and some of the best chicken I have ever had. This place should be packed every day.

Not being from the South, I was not familiar with this restaurant, but heard of it because of 90 day fiance. Anyway, the service was very good and the food excellent. My husband said that he would be 8000 lbs if this chain was anywhere near us.

This was my first time ordering here but definitely wont be my last the chicken was perfect down to the season the crunch the juiciness and the spice. I got the fire in the hole sammie and they aint lying when they say its waiver worthy its really hot and i love hot!

It has been a while since I have been here. We came in at 9pm on a Sunday night and the service was welcoming, friendly and prompt. The food was really good. thanks for great customer service.
Came back again and it is still good.

First visited Joella’s when The Banks location opened a few years ago. Now that they’re closed, I visit here way more often. Staff are way friendlier and service was much quicker than The Banks location ever was.

Excellent chicken at every spice level. Every side we've tried has been delicious (the broccoli slaw being the one exception--tastes fine but the texture is horrible...crunchy in a bad way). Kale salad is our favorite, and we aren't really kale salad people. Macaroni always on point. Waffles are probably the fluffiest I've had, well worth the cost.

I encouraged my vegetarian sister to join us on our last visit because I'd heard good things about the vegan "chicken" and while it wasn't a total disappointment, it wasn't prepared very well. Overcooked outside, unsauced, and quite unappealing to look at. The patty itself was alright though--once you got through the crust, the faux-chicken taste and texture was fine. It might have been better on one of their sandwiches rather than being left to stand alone. Don't avoid but proceed with caution.

Don't let that scare you off, however. There's plenty of other menu options, and honestly the cane sugar soda fountain alone would keep us going back.

This was my first time at this location and they blew me away. The food can out fast and was hot and delicious. The variety of meals and sauces just shows there is a meal here for everyone. The hidden gem that everyone should try is their pie-in-a-jar dessert. 10/10, cannot wait to come back.

Chicken, dipping sauce, fries and sweet tea were delicious. I got the medium heat level and it wasn't real spicy but had a nice touch of heat. The Jojo dipping sauce was a combo of bbq and honey mustard and was a nice addition to the big, moist chicken tenders. The fries were thin and I got the garlic parm - so good! Great sweet tea too. I am a teacher and they did a free meal today for teacher appreciation week - thank you!

Excellent chicken, a little on the greasy side but sometimes that's a value added. Great sides, quick service oriented with tables.

We LOVE Joella's! We've never experienced a bad time here. Food and service are always excellent! I absolutely enjoy the pimento ranchero sauce with the chicken tenders! Awesome sweet tea and lemonade!

Decided to try after hearing good things about the food & staff. We tried the chicken fingers with no heat & wings hot heat. Also sampled some sided mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans with bacon, garlic parmesan fries, & macaroni & cheese. The mashed potatoes with gravy & macaroni and cheese were our favorites. Dipping sauces are available at an additional cost. We tried the house special jojo sauce (bbq mixed with ranch), bbq, & honey mustard. The jojo sauce was unique, but the others were nothing special, tasted fine though. The dessert offering included cookies and cream pie, strawberry shortcake, & red velvet all are served in a glass jar. Tried the cookies & cream pie it was good, but the serving is small with a $5 price point. Currently they offer most menu with just a few items not offered. Carry out or Dine in is available, tables are well spaced, & signs are posted for entrance / exit.

Huge portions! One of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had! Delicious sauces! Definitely worth a stop!

My food came out fast and hot I was surprised, it taste delicious can’t wait to come back and try new flavors!

We love Joella's! The food is great and my kids love it. We live about 30-35 minutes away and it is a nice treat to eat there.
