Derby Inn And Suites

It's a great priced hotel on a good stretch of road. There's a gas station next door and a shopping center about 7 minutes down the road on both sides. But the gem of the hotel is the staff. They are so kind, considerate, and affable. They make every guest feel like they are receiving 5 star service and keep them feeling safe. My grandmother had a stay here and it was the hotel that gave her the most feeling of safety and support. I'll be recommending Derby to everyone!

Great Budget Motel I stayed 2 nights for Locksmith training in the area and had no issues. It's not the Ritz but it will Do.

The staff was great! No complaints about the room or anything! It was clean, the a/c worked great and I really appreciate everyone at Derby Inn. They were there for me during my time of grief and they were a great comfort to me. I will definitely stay there again!

When I showed up I didn’t realize what I was dealing with. It’s a place that needs a lot of work. From what I have heard it used to be really nice. It’s still nice, not amazing. However shows endless opportunities for improvement. They have good people that have started working there that had worked there before when it was good. When I say good people I mean really helpful employees that will make sure your stay is a good experience. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Seems to me the place is on the up and up!

Excellent stay for the price. The front desk clerk Joe was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed with the breakfast selections, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. You can tell that the hotel is older, some Furnishings are outdated, but what is important is the comfort and cleanliness offered, and they were above and beyond my expectations. The hotel was quiet, the Wi-Fi was strong, and I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend.

My fiance and I at that time stayed for a bit the lady Carmen was an angel. She cares for people and a God fearing woman at that. Her compassion to help us made me feel like we werent alone in our situation. She hugged me and prayed for us . Her daughter that also works there went out of her way to help us as well. It is a blessing to know there are still amazing people in this world. The gas station and convenience store was also so very kind to us so we could afford to eat. People that have hard times are not bad people they just get lost from time to time. We are now married and doing better. First time here, staff was wonderful. We had a pet room which was renovated. It was clean and comfortable. I'd stay here again. Has a fridge and microwave in room.

I stayed here for a couple months while going through some personal things and could not have found a better place to stay. The manager Carmen and her daughter Kayla treated me like family. They were there for me when I needed them and I can't thank them enough. Everyone there works so hard and they are doing great things to bring this hotel back to tip top shape.

Had a late delivery at nearby customer. Enough for my tractor trailer. Customer service was impecable, room was excellent. Will stay again. Thanks for an enjoyable visit.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Wonderful place to stay. Staff very helpful and polite. Older motel. . I would rather stay here as to go to a big name motel.
