As I closed the garage door behind me, the spring and the cable snapped. When Absolute Services installed it 7 years ago, they labeled the door with their number to call for service and I stopped right there in the garage and dialed it. The call went right through to a very pleasant customer service rep who understood my urgency and said she could immediately dispatch assistance. Within 33 minutes, Absolute technician Jacob Higgins phoned to verify he was on his way and would be here in 23 minutes. At the same time, I received a text with Jacob Higgins photo ID on it verifying the same info. As promised, he arrived on time, came in with a reassuring smile and went right to work. Jacob inspected the entire system and came up with more than reasonable options but understood my choice to repair the spring and the coils. After the repair, he walked me through the operation of the door and went above and beyond to ensure the tension was just right so I could manually lift it should there be a power outage. The final charge was exactly as he said it would be with no surprises. From the time I made the call to the time the door was repaired; it was less than two hours. The timeliness of the service call and the reasonable charge earns Absolute a 5 Star rating. But what made it the best of the best was the outstanding customer service provided by technician Jacob Higgins. I highly recommend Absolute Services for all your needs.

A great company with great people. After getting another quote for a 2 ton mini Split, Absolute quoted a 4 ton double head unit for the same price. That’s not the good part, the entire transaction from quote to installation was 2 days. My technician Samuel was knowledgeable and incredibly polite and courteous. Great service, great automation, fantastic pricing, and the best tech I’ve ever met.

Jacob was awesome! He was curteous, professional and took the time to listen to all of our concerns with our garage doors! He showed us all the different options and didn’t try to get us to buy or pay for anything we didn’t need. He didn’t rush through the job even though he didn’t start until almost 5:30 pm and made sure we understood everything about our new products before he left our home - even after taking the time to do that, he also left his contact info in case we had additional questions - we will certainly recommend to anyone who needs assistance with their garage doors!

Absolute was able to schedule an appointment the same day I called. Service tech was very thorough and got our garage door working within an hour! Plus, I loved that they send an email with the picture of the tech before the appointment time.

The HVAC system at my rental house went out. Absolute Services was able to have somebody there that same day to diagnose the issue, I ended up needing a new unit. And would you believe it they had a new unit in the very next day! A+ service anll the way around absolutely the best HVAC company in Kentucky ! Shout out to Tyler Wright and Josh Spencer the two technicians that helped me though out the entire process.

I am a electrician who works with absolute services. My family and i was in desperate need of a new hvac system. Drew worthman was the comfort advisor who assisted us with getting the best system for our house at a reasonable financing rate!

The gentleman who installed our new system was Bailey Johnson, Sam Swan, Justin Hatton, Preston Pearl. They did an amazing job. They arrived to my house at 8:30A.M and stayed until 8:30 pm to make sure my system was running that day!! They did a great job explaining the new benefits of our new system. Our new system in 100x more quite then the last system we had. I couldn't be more happy with this company as a customer and a employee.

Here's how great of a employer they are to work for. My electrical system failed in April of this year and we where without power. Absolute services let me take the next day off to install my system and they helped me out with with the expense and let me pay it off over time. Everyone in this company are great people with the best intentions in mind.

Great communication from scheduling to messaging Tech being on the way. Once Jacob Higgins arrived things went smoothly, he is very knowledgable. Quickly got to work replacing both springs on my door! Excellent would recommend!!

Cedric Arnold was very professional and courteous! He took the time to prepare the work area before performing the service. I appreciated the care that he took in considering my personal items as he worked. Cedric was very knowledgeable in responding to my questions and inquiries about how to be more proactive and prevent future clogging. Great customer service!

We gave them a call because my kitchen sink was clogged. They came out to fix it and even warrantied the work for a week. Which was AMAZING because it wasn’t completely unclogged at first and they had to come back out. They even called to make sure it was good and we were satisfied. Every technician and even the ladies on the phone were very kind and pleasant! We will absolutely be using them again in the future!

Kevin was great installing our water heater. He was on time, polite, and knew what he was doing. He said he loved his job and took pride in his work. He answered all of our questions. We would recommend him to any one.

Jacob did a wonderful job. Was able to make several recommendations on a replacement opener after troubleshooting the issues with my existing one (2009 model). Gave the Pros and Cons of each type. Did not feel pressure to purchase which is so unusual now a days.

Installation of new opener took less than an hour and he even took all the old parts without leaving me trying to find a way of disposing them. Highly recommend this company to others (repeat customer) and so very pleased with the technician that came out to do the work.

Will definitely ask for Jacob by name and make sure to refer him to others when the need arises.
