My computer was a complete mess. I could not use it because it was running SO slow or most of the time the spinning wheel just kept spinning. I live in St. Paul, MN and Kyle was recommended to me by a friend. He worker remotely to clean my computer up and now it is running Fabulous!

Kyle is very knowledgeable, polite, and fixed our laptop in less than 24 hours. He reloaded all our software and even gave us a few things we didn't have. I felt his price was fair considering we needed a new hard drive. I would never use the geek squad after knowing Kyle is in the area. He is far better and more reasonable priced. He is honest and great to deal with.

I just had my PC repaired by Kyle, who is a great, hardworking dude. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my desktop, turns out it was the motherboard and he replaced it for me. I was using a little high school issued laptop for 2 weeks and it was driving me insane, so I sent in my PC to Kyle because it stopped working. He was ontop of it in no time. It runs very well now, and Kyle was very flexible with me, allowing me to pick up my PC well after closing. He was also quick in his responses and very informative. Would highly recommend his services!!

Have taken 2 computers to Kyle at PC Repair, Kyle does what he says. His work and his word are great and can be trusted. Both times he has gone above and beyond anyone else I have used in the past. He makes your computer work like a brand new device, and His prices are very reasonable.

Had read the reviews of Sheboygan PC and was hopeful it would be a place of honesty and fair price for high quality work. Was not disappointed. Appreciate so much Kyle's honesty regarding our HP laptop and the work that was "required" and the work that would be "helpful". Felt no pressure during the conversation about fixing our computer and was very pleased with the work done. All the issues of our computer were resolved and the entire process was "pain free." Can't give enough credit to Kyle for all of his help. Got a virus while using a well-known virus protection software. Only option seemed to be wiping the drive and starting over. Kyle was able to do this magic trick within 24 hours. The computer was returned to me in "like new" condition. All my emails were intact as were the pictures and videos. He made a few adjustments and installed Chrome. I don't like Chrome, but due to some email prodding from Kyle, I tried it for a few days and now I'm a convert. Not only do I think Kyle is good at his profession, but he wants to make sure you're happy with his service. He's patient and will give a good and prompt response to further questions even after the service is completed.

My laptop was not upgrading and was not letting me browse properly. I knew it was getting hot and something was wrong but no clue of what. Sheboygan PC fixed the problem, and gave me info on how to avoid the problem again. After I got my laptop back, there was a second problem, when I messaged them back, they had me bring it back and had it ready the next business day. No charge

My wife and I have been using his services for 4 years and we are thrilled. The owner, Kyle, always fixes what we need fast and cheap. Its hard to find a trustworthy computer repair shop just like auto mechanics, but when you find a good one you stick with it.

EDIT/UPDATE: Sheboygan PC Repair was even able to fix a little email glitch we had by using remote support. He connected right as we were on the phone and I watched the mouse move just like he was here. The email now works great.

I needed a replacement for a malfunctioning keyboard on my laptop, and was unable to complete the job myself. I did not know this shop existed until I did a Google search, hoping to avoid shipping the laptop out of town. Communication by Email and phone was excellent, and I had an appt the following morning and turnaround time was 24 hours in my case. Reasonable price, and I am very happy.

Kyle was awesome! He was not able to get my computer going as expected (time wise) because he ran into troubles but he did loan me one to get my school work done until he finished it. I usually have my brother help when a computer problem is over my head since he is currently in his last year of training in "Computer Technology" at LTC; but my issue had even him stumped. We both spent hours searching for a solution and tried everything under the sun to get this laptop running well again (The machine was only a few months old). Finally threw in the towel and called some local shops. Many had non working numbers, other did not answer, the Geeks wanted me to buy a service contract for $380 before they would talk to me about any problems! The only shop that had a reasonable answer and offer was Sheboygan PC Repair. We took the offer and it is was the best decision we have ever made. They had my laptop diagnosed in one day and the repair was completed one the 3rd day all for under $200. The tech explained exactly what caused the problem and how to prevent it. I highly recommend taking your computer here for service if needed.

I'm very impressed with Kyle and staff. I purchased a PC with dual hard drives from Milwaukee PC and they kinda screwed up the file paths. I had documents and photos stored in multiple directories. Kyle was able to clean up the directories, eliminate tons of garbage, and create new files paths so documents, photos, etc were mapped correctly. My experience was excellent. I recommend Sheboygan PC repair.

I never thought I would get scammed but I called for help with Magic Jack but it turned out I had the wrong number. They connected to my computer and locked it up. The scam artist tried to make us pay $300 to unlock our computer. No thank you - I am not going to pay a criminal. I decided to make a best of a bad situation and keep the money in our community by going to a small, locally owned business. I opened the phone book and found a listing for Sheboygan PC Repair. I called at about 2PM today (Friday) and Kyle was willing to work late to get it done for me before the weekend. You saved my weekend. My computer is so clean and fast, even better than when it was new. Kyle removed all the garbage programs that came bundled with the computer and he installed only the essentials. What a wizard.

Kyle has helped us set up a computer, fix anything we asked of him. Even a Japanese laptop that was in Japanese, simply amazing. I don't know how he did it. Was always on time and his work was great. Have recommended to everyone.

My laptop slowly started dying and then one day didn't turn back on. Took it in to Sheboygan PC Repair and I got a quote for the repair within a day of dropping it off. They determined there was an internal power component that needed replacing. When I gave the green light on the job, they were equally as quick in the repair itself!
