This is one of the most unprofessional “preschools” in Kentucky. Staff is always out of ratio and are not capable of working together as a team. The director is lazy, unprofessional, and is rarely there. She mainly communicates incidents by texts with her staff. If the boss is angry, she does not take action except for sending text messages. No disciplinary actions are taken if a child physically harms another child. State is frequently walking through the building. None of the staff are updated for CPR or first aid training. If a baby were to choke, no one seriously would know how to save them. State has walked through but the director threatens staff if they do not lie to state.

Get your kids out of here.

Worked for this daycare for about a week. Absolute terror. Director does not care for her employees whatsoever. She stated multiple times she didn't care if her employees got their breaks or not. She also would throw people into rooms with no training. The only way she would communicate was through facebook or text and half the time she would not answer back. She also does not care about health issues if you happen to have any. The daycare was in trouble with state as well and I had only found out after I was hired. They were never organized and sometimes people had no idea where to go or what to do. Also, a woman that worked there as one of the preschool teachers never stayed in her room. When a floater would go to take her break, she would come back 30 or 40 minutes late or not at all. She will sit in the office 99% of the time. I do admit, most the girls who worked there were amazing but the director and other lady literally ruin it. Good luck if you decide to work here. I do not recommend it though.

This is the most unorganized daycare I have ever been to. They do not go by their own policy and the retention of their employees is terrible. My son has been enrolled there for two and a half years now and his teachers were never there very long. Not to mention that they advertise that they are hiring for teachers in all yardsale sites on Facebook because they cannot keep their employees. Who would want to work for a place that never follows their own policy? If it was not for the preschool teacher he has now, I would have pulled him out of this place a long time ago. So many incidents would happen that were not reported. My son would come home with bite marks, bruises, and scratches with no report. I would have to contact the "director" to see what happened. She would then have to contact the teacher, and the next day there would all-of-a-sudden be a report. One time my son tripped over a toy and hit his mouth on the floor causing him to have a busted lip, but when I received a report, it stated that another kid had hit him with another toy. The busted lip was so back that I asked to see the video from the incident because if another kid hit my son that hard then they should be separated. When the director sent me the video, come to find out my son had tripped over a toy and landed face-first onto the floor. There is no telling how many false reports there have been. I will never enroll my children here again.

**READ THIS IMPORTANT**

DO NOT GO HERE! My cousin takes both her children here and just earlier today she got a TEXT not a CALL from them saying that they need to talk to her about a incident that happened 4 HOURS BEFORE! Come to find out one of the EMPLOYEES BIT MY COUSINS 5 MONTH OLD BABY, Her excuse was that my cousins 5 month old had hit her.Babies don’t do this on purpose at 5 months old. This place needs to be shut down and if I can do anything to help it get shut down I WILL.

Would not recommend! Very unorganized, unsanitary, and chaotic at this care center. You hardly see the center director. She hardly answers her phone. The ratios are never right. My child was at home often because he would get sick there. I don't think they wash/clean the toys.

Employees are lazy and don't clean the toys or feed the children properly. There are cockroaches in the kitchen. Enough to fill a 5 gallon bucket!! How is this place still open?! Would definitely not recomment this place.

My kids haven’t went here and I’m glad! I have heard so many horror stories and one of the employees bit a baby! This place needs to be shut down or at the least investigated throughly! Please do not send your kids here!

My child does not go here but while at the Etown water park, I repeatedly heard a teacher tell kids she was going to spank them and yell in a hateful voice.
