Pure Life Yoga

I started attending classes here in January. I have become part of this wonderful yoga “family” & the Pure Life Yoga community. Heather, Wayne, Susan are all wonderful teachers/leaders & the other people coming to the classes are so warm & friendly - always offering words of encouragement to each other.

I had always wanted to try yoga but always felt I was too old, too overweight and my arthritis was too bad. In November of 2018, I saw that Pure Life offered a beginner's series.

It is one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I feel better, my arthritis is getting better every day and it just puts me in the best mood.

I know it is hard, but I highly recommend trying to overcome your apprehension or self-consciousness (whatever it is that is stopping you) and give yoga a shot. Heather Green is a wonderful teacher who will help you every step of the way. Her passion is infectious!

This community is so welcoming and friendly. Give Pure Life Yoga an hour of your time to see what its all about. Your life will be better for it!

Pure Life Yoga has a new studio in the mall. It is a great place to do yoga. I just started and enjoying the benefits yoga has made for my mind and body.. Heather makes sure each student benefits from class..
