Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's was an amazing company to do business with. Their website made it extremely easy for me to locate the perfect rental. Once I found the perfect rental, Murphy and Alina were wonderful to deal with. They answered all my questions promptly and they were very helpful to me with the application process. Not only were they helpful at the beginning of the rental process, they went above and beyond with maintenance of the property and having any issues I encountered, large or small, resolved in a quick, timely manner. I could not recommend this company enough!

I worked with the rental agent Murphy Moyer. She was nothing short of exceptional. I had an issue with my toilet, which actually had extremely hot water in it. This lead to the toilet base cracking and causing the bathroom to flood. Although this sounds quite comical, it was overwhelming and worrisome. Never, had I dealt with or heard of anything like this. I spoke with Murphy, and not only was she quick to respond and professional. She was also very calming and reassuring that she would help with the situation. Without skipping a beat, Murphy had maintenance and a plumber out the same day. It is comforting to know that she works so well with her renters, but is also excellent with communication and getting the job done.

Having lived and worked in this area for many years, I'm consistently impressed by the professionalism and diligence of the rental department. Murphy and Alina handle business like it's their own living situation? And the courtesy and peace of mind they provide puts these folks on another level.

Kathleen Schell has been a joy to work with. We started our search in the peak of the beach season with very little inventory in very hot market. With so many different options of DE beach locations, Kathleen helped us narrow down our choices and kept us focused on the type of home we wanted. We live about 3 hours away and Kathleen didn't hesitate to drive to a home that just came in the market and schedule a video walk-through with us to save us a trip if it didn't meet our criteria. When we did identify homes with potential, Kathleen put together a schedule to see houses on the market that worked with our timing. She's responsive, flexible, and smart and truly knows the neighborhoods in and around the DE beaches. When we got to the stage of putting in an offer on a house we wanted, she gave us sound advice on negotiating tactics and ensured we were protecting our interests. She always had our best interest our heart, didn't push us into a purchase we didn't love, and assured us that we would fine "our place" when it came on the market. We closed on our new home just a little while ago, and we couldn't be happier. Kathleen is a one-of-a-kind.

I have had the opportunity to work with Linda and her clients on many staging projects to assist her in giving the best presentation of each individual home. I can say with confidence that Linda's qualities for presenting the house at it's best makes her an extremely successful realtor. She keeps the client's best interest in mind by her attention to detail and having the staging completed in a timely manner.
