Shoe Stop

I was in Evansville the other day, and thought about trying to find some shoes at a big namebrand shoe place, and I picked up brands like Nike, Brooks, asics, and new balance. And they just felt cheap. I wanted to like them they were $50-$60, so I thought would it be great to have a pair of shoes that was this price and a namebrand. Well I tried them on and just was not happy! So I went to shoe stop where I’ve gone a number of times before in Owensboro, and they had the exact same brands but they were just built different. You could tell by picking them up the shoes were not the same as they were at the other place. Granted you’re going to pay a little bit more money, but if you value what you wear then you will not be afraid to do that. They have a huge selection, and they are more helpful than a lot of places. You’ll get a good quality shoe at a fair price.

Unbelievable experience. I wear large sizes and this is the ONLY shoe store I have ever been to that had everything in my size. AWESOME family owned shop. Isaac was a wonderful sale person and very helpful

I was in town on business and I'm desperate need of a shoe that wouldn't hurt my heels. I found Shoe Stop online and got to them one of the evenings 2 minutes before their closing. I quickly explained my situation and would they please let me look at their selection. I totally knew they could turn me away ,because they were closing as their hours stated, but the staff couldn't have been more kind and understanding! They had me come in and helped me find what I needed. They absolutely didn't have to do any of what they did, but they went above and beyond to help me!! Thank you guys...you were LIFESAVERS!!! With a great selection to boot!! You ladies deserve more than stars 🌟 ❤

The associates are great. This place has the best selections. The back wall is where you need to start. The discounts are very reasonable. My wife bought some Clark's. Maureen is fantastic.

A lot of shoes to choose from. Couldn’t really get any assistance because the two employees were busy ringing people out. Ended up buying only one pair of shoes instead of two.

Excellent service by Cecelia at their diabetic clinic. Had problems getting the paperwork from doctor filled out BUT she and her staff stayed on it and notified me as soon as they received the papers. Helped me get fitted properly and I am very pleased with my new shoes. Store is very clean and all staff very friendly. Highly recommended 👌

Chris was exceptionally helpful. He was friendly and knowledgeable about products. He helped me find product that I would not have found otherwise. He was the assistant manager and I didn’t realize it until the end he was great.

They are SO helpful, have a great selection, and always great prices! Today I was shopping with my MIL and daughter. We purchased diabetic shoes for my MIL, cute camo slip ons for my daughter and some Bob's thst are SO comfortable for me! ❤❤❤
