Comfort Suites

After a super long day at Thunder Over Louisville I was sore the day after and needed some hot tub time! The king room was super clean has every amenity you can think of! There was coffee pot for tea or coffee with packets for you, a safe, iron and blow dryer! I loved the full length mirror for the closet door! Plenty of space with an extra chair and ottoman with a desk and office chair! Bed was super comfy even though I didn't spend the night I still layed on it to see how it was!! Omg the bathtub was huge!! And the hot tub was the highlight!! Perfect temp! 30 minute timer! Perfect for relaxing after a long sore day at Thunder! Thank you soooo much Quinton for the extra time!! You don't even know how much I really appreciate it!!! You're a life (hot tub-sore body) saver! 😉 I'll definitely be back!! And I definitely give him 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and recommend Comfort Suites if you're in the area and need a great clean and quiet place to stay!

We have stayed several times at this comfort suites. The housekeeping is awesome. Dawn, Lily, Emily, and even the new girl Tonya are very friendly and do a great job. Every room is cleaned spotless. And they deserve a raise. They do a great job.

My sister and I stayed the night at this hotel recently.We were visiting our brother and family.
I found nothing to complain about with the service at desk and with the room cleanness.
The beds were clean and amazingly comfortable.
There were many towels and wash cloths supplied in the bathroom.
The breakfast was really nice with a good choice of food.
Angel was the employee who impressed us at check out time.
She was very customer oriented and made us want to revisit in the future.
I would recommend this to my friends.

This was one of my wife and my best stays ever. The welcome was nice at the desk, the room was comfortable and clean, and everything was in it's place. There were waters in the refrigerator and popcorn beside the microwave. The refrigerator had a freezer which is a definite plus. The bed and pillows were excellent. The shower was exceptional and it was one of the best "hotel breakfasts" we have ever had. The food was superior.

And we love the comfort suites they went out of their way for my family and friends to make sure she had a place to stay with her children while waiting on her apartment to be remodeled the breakfast staff was lovely front desk was lovely housekeeping ladies lovely place is clean swimming pool is clean highly recommend it! I don’t know I’ll tastic

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left this was a great experience. Every single staff member was very friendly and helpful. Lots of relaxed and smiling faces. It was clean. The pool and hot tub were big. Beds comfortable. Breakfast great. We are an average midwestern family of four. I would definitely recommend!

We stayed here last night, getting 3 rooms because we have a huge family. Everything was great!! The pool was awesome. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are comfy. I have to brag on the night shift desk clerk. That gentleman was an amazing host to my family. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic. Thank you!! Because of him this will be our go to hotel in Owensboro, KY.

The room was very nice and clean. The shower was tough to use but the bathroom was good. The breakfast was well prepared, hot, well stocked, and a nice variety. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. I would stay here again.

Ms Carla the manager was so nice & helpful , i am disabled & was put into room wer i could not get into tub, we had 2 rooms , Ms Carla was able to get me a room wit walk in shower, & also was adjoining rooms for my family who assist me . its no fun being disabled but people like Carla make my day . Cassie at the front desk was excellent in her customer service! thank you both for making our stay memorable

We have had an extended stay with CS for almost a month now, I wasn't quite sure how it was going to go considering I have 3 children from 2 years to 7 years in age. There isn't a bad thing I could say, the place is very clean. The staff is very helpful and courteous. One night my child had an accident and we needed new sheets, I was a little nervous about what might be said, however the only questions asked were if I needed a new cover and if I wanted someone to put them on the bed. Carla who is the woman that is normally at the front desk is very nice she talks to my children and I every time she sees us, Leslie normally takes care of the breakfast, she is wonderful. Her and my children are on a first name basis, and sometimes when they make a little mess she treats it like it's no problem at all! The ladies that clean the room always seem to be working hard and they make sure we have everything we need! The pool is an appropriate size, you can tell it's properly maintained. We are unsure how much longer we will be here waiting on house repairs, but I do know the staff here has made our stay very comfortable.

My family of 6 just stayed there this weekend and it was the absolute best experience! Every single person was friendly. We have been made to feel unwelcome at other hotels because we have 4 children. This hotel was so welcoming! They happily brought us a crib for our baby and surprised us with an adorable towel animal (elephant) placed in the crib, and one in the bathroom too. Breakfast was good, and we were surprised to find complimentary bottled water and popcorn in our room as well! If we're ever in the area again we'll definitely be back.

Rooms were spacious, well appointed, and clean. The beds were quite comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety of options and was well stocked.

My flight was canceled due to bad weather.. In a panic I was looking for places to stay and this hotel was a godsend..

Friendly staff. Always attentive and proactive to accommodate any needs. The lead maintenance man, a long haired fellow named Allen was the embodiment of what a hotel staffs demeanour should be. Very helpful and positive. Rooms were neat and clean. As well as spacious. Ill recomend this hotel over and over again. Good job Comfort Suites Staff

Room was very nice, roomy, and clean. We didn't have any real complaints. I do wish all hotels would put the full mattress covers on beds but the room we had was sufficient.

From the time we pulled into the parking lot and I read an inspirational message on their sign I was expecting great things and they did not disappoint. From the veteran parking, excellent staffing, delicious cookies at check in, water and popcorn waiting for us in the room along with a crib for my little one. I truly cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. They even took the time to help me get a problem solved with my choice rewards that I had from a stay with another hotel. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!! We will be staying again.

The customer service here is absolutely marvelous!
Edited to add: I was in a hurry when I made the review the first time, so let me add some more detail. The check in was quick and friendly, the room was spotlessly clean. My keycard got demagged while I was out and about (I put it in my purse with my phone, my fault) and they took care of it with no fuss and much swiftness. The beds were soft and there were two different kinds of pillows, some very soft and some that were more firm. The breakfast was perfectly adequate, even for someone with food allergies, featuring the staples one would expect like oatmeal and a waffle station as well as eggs, sausage, yogurt, and I believe they had cereal as well. Even the housekeeping staff, as hard as they were working all weekend long, were still friendly and sweet!

Booked this hotel for 3 nights. Overall was a very good experience. Has a nice pool, very comfortable beds, and in general very good amenities. The staff was extremely friendly. Would highly recommend and will be back the next time I'm in town.

I have stayed at Comfort Suites Owensboro KY on 8 different trips the last 5 months. Hotel is clean. Hotel is affordable. Hotel has pool. Hotel has beds etc. But what sets this hotel apart from most its people. Roger the general manager is the best manager ive ever met. He is professional, courteous and kind. He is top notch. Ms Carla and the rest of the staff are excellent. If your in Owensboro stay here you wont regret it.

Also if Comfort Suites HR reads these you have a special manager in Roger. My background is in Retail Management, but if I was a Regional/District Hotel supervisor, Roger would be stolen to work for my company he is simply that good. I would give him a raise just to keep him from looking elsewhere. His staff that has remained loyal deserve a bonus for not quitting during covid.
