We found Eric Sztanyo and Carrie Reich with KW by way of Eric's YouTube channel like 2 years ago (November-ish 2021). We were very impressed and got in touch. Our experience with Sztanyo the man-yo in his van-yo was excellent! And it still is now a year and a half after we bought our first home with his and Carrie's help. They are seriously just good people. If we ever decide to move or buy a second property in this area (if we win the lottery) we will absolutely want to work with them again.

Chris Donohue was a wonderful realtor. Chris was always available to talk even close to midnight, the guy is great. One thing I remember, my family and Chris was on a walk through viewing of a home. Chris had a keen eye. He pointed out a couple of big flaws that I would have missed it wasn’t all about the sale. He has his clients best interest while also listening to their concerns and needs.

We worked with Adam Sanregret - it was a great process. We were moving from out of town and Adam was very responsive to our texts/calls/emails. He took us to a large variety of houses the first day to help determine what we liked/didn't like and he was a clear communicator with us. Since we were out of town he would often have to go take a look at houses for us and do video chat instead of making the two hour drive. This worked well, and we trusted his judgement when he thought something wasn't for us or if we needed to take the time and look in person. In the end we ended up with a house that was just right for our needs and Adam did a great job leading us through the negotiation process at price points we were comfortable with.

Adam really does know older homes and Cincinnati, we were very happy to have someone who understood we wanted a house with some character and history.

Our experience with Erin was nothing short of ideal. As a couple with limited experience in house shopping and having heard horror stories about the housing market in 2021, we were apprehensive about our prospects of finding what we wanted. In every conversation, Erin guided us to make our own decisions based on her experience, advice she obtained by the professionals in her office where she needed to, and overall made us feel confident in every decision we made. She provided current market data and historical trends and was very detailed in every step of the process while coaching us through decisions.
