Ivy Trellis Floral

Ivy Trellis is the best!! We had a big event for a family member that we couldn’t attend because we live across the country, and Julia + the entire Ivy Trellis team went above and beyond to make sure we were able to send a surprise in time!! She even went so far as to send us a photo of the arrangement (STUNNING) so that we could be a part of the process. The kindest, loveliest group!! We are so grateful!!

My daughter started a new job in Owensboro (we live in Louisville) and I called the shop around 1pm and they had the cutest plant/planter delivered to her by 3pm!!! The sweet lady who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. I WILL be using them again. Thank you so much, Ivy Trellis Floral shop!!! Just one more reason why small businesses are the way to go!

It can be really hard to find florists in smaller towns whose arrangements don't look like the same generic bouquets you often see that all start to look kind of the same after a while, which is why I'm so glad Ivy Trellis is here in Owensboro.

I've sent and received flowers from them several times and they never fail to disappoint! Their floral designer is extremely talented. Her beautiful arrangements are so unique, thoughtful, and creative.

I'd pick Ivy Trellis's flowers (see what I did there? 😜) over the bouquets that look like they were copied and pasted from 1800Flowers website any time. 👏🏻

First of all, I love that this florist has an actual website with a sampling of what they sell. I called and placed an oder for a lovely planter and keepsake for a bereavement gift. I was really pleased with the sincere service I received over the phone. The pricing was very fair and I even received a text message with a photo of the arrangement! To top it off, the quality of the design was spectacular! Ivy Trellis is my go-to Owensboro florist!

I’ve used this place what must be 25 times now, the staff is friendly, punctual and the flowers are extremely high quality and worth the money (they’re pretty cheap). When I purchased flowers from other places for her they would die off in a matter of a week or two and we cared for them correctly, with this place I’ve had flowers last the longest time ever. The shop is extremely cute and filled with plenty of gifts and their delivery is always great and very understanding!

The team at Ivy Trellis never disappoints. Ashley just arranged over 10 pieces for a shower I was hosting and it was BEAUTIFUL! She always goes above and beyond for her clients and makes sure the arrangements are on point!

Beautiful arrangement! My parents ordered these for me from out of town and told me they had excellent customer service when placing the order. The arrangement had a great mix of open flowers and soon to open flowers, so I think I’ll get to enjoy it for a good amount of time. I definitely recommend this florist!

I can't say enough about Ivy. I gave them a 5 because it should be 10 or above!!! Absolutely the best service and floral arrangement possible. This was a last minute Hail Mary to get these flowers to a memorial home service in Utica. My wife and I couldn't be there due to last minute flight cancellations and historic flooding here in Ft Lauderdale. Our most sincere thanks to all at Ivy for making it possible. When I called on Valentine's Day to have flowers delivered to the hospital, I wasn't expecting much in the way of same day delivery or pleasant customer service. Sweet Paige answered the phone and took care of everything. Not only did a phenomenal arrangement of two dozen mixed roses arrive just like she said it would, but her service was gracious and friendly. Thank you so much!

This florist is fantastic! I ordered flowers for a funeral for a friend’s family member. I am from out of town and was unable to attend. They worked with me over the phone to find the perfect arrangement. They even text photos of other products to my phone. They are so friendly, helpful, and professional. If I lived in their area I would use them exclusively for all my gifting needs. 5 stars is not enough stars to thank them for their help. I let the florist choose the flowers and they did not disappoint. They were absolutely beautiful.

I called this morning to purchase a gift for a friend whose grandmother passed away, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received. I am out of town, so the salesperson who answered the phone took the time to describe items in the store I might like and even sent me photos via text message so I could see the items as well. She was so helpful and made a difficult decision so much easier!

The flower arrangements are beautiful. My wife absolutely loved hers for her birthday. I was in a spot where I needed the flowers for my wife’s birthday and the owner hand delivered them to me because I had no way to get them. Ivy Trellis’s staff if very personable and helpful. They go out of their way to get you what you want.

I have never had a bad experience with Ivy Trellis! You can really see the artistic ability in each piece. I live out of town and ordering is quick, easy, and a great value. My favorite piece from there was for my Mamaws headstone, she loved flowers and she would have been so proud of the ones placed on her grave. Thank you Ivy Trellis!
