Best Western Plus Owensboro

Top Notch! This place is situated across the street from several restaurants and stores. I stayed here with my family. Some of them had already paid for a room at another hotel, but after comparing properties in person everyone decided to stay here instead. The entire property feels, smells, and looks SO CLEAN including the pool. The free breakfast was above and beyond - SO GOOD! The service was amazing. This place is very new and modern. Plus the beds were so comfortable! We will be back the next time we are in town.

We enjoyed our one night stay. Comfortable bed. Friendly front desk service. Quiet. Clean hotel. 10 minute drive to the fantastic Owensboro downtown and river front. Breakfast was very good! The lady who ran the breakfast was very kind.

I’ve stated quite a few best westerns in my travels and this was absolutely one of the nicest properties I’ve stayed at. This building is only approximately five years old and you can tell everything is in really great condition. They do a good job with cleanliness and the staff is just fantastic. The gentleman I interacted with at the front desk whose name was Dalton if I recall correctly was a standup professional and just wonderful to interact with. I stayed at the Hampton property that is a across Frederica Street prior, and this building is echelons nicer than the Hampton. From what I could tell frankly it’s the nicest hotel you can stay at in Owensboro.

Came here to help out on a job. I don't think there could of been a better location than this place. Close to the job, and walking distance to shopping and eating. Rooms are very clean, and staff is very helpful, and friendly. Here for two weeks so should be a enjoyable stay. The only improvement that I can see is that they only serve breakfast. If they had a little coffee/sandwich shop it would be much better. 😉

Bathroom, not just a clean floor but the baseboards were scrubbed and all the way into the corners. The caulking was perfect, clean and applied correctly

The Breakfast was awesome. Example of the thought and care the yogurt was lined up in the fridge ,not just thrown in. There was cheese for the eggs, chocolate syrup for the milk.
Talking to the attendant, she had been there since the hotel opened 5 years ago .
I could go on and on.
Everything was well cared for and CLEAN.

We came back to our room, housekeeping had left the room door blocked open. Were vwry upset about that. They seemed to think it was no problem when we taked to the manger on duty. Was not happy at all.

We loved this Best Western Plus! This hotel was quiet, cozy, clean & convienient. We stayed here 2 nights during our weekend at Holiday World. 🌈 The commute to & from the park was an easy 30ish minute drive. The entire hotel was SO clean & the staff were so kind & helpful. While we were there we enjoyed the gym, pool & complimentary breakfast. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

The rooms were very large. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent. Amazing staff, we came here last minute after a local hotel was absolutely disgusting and we had to leave. We drove 22 hours straight and have to say, friendly staff. CLEAN rooms. Clean towels, clean sheets. Quiet, nice, and just all around worth the money! And they allow good doggos!

We were here for Geowoodstock. Drashti checked us in and was very nice, friendly, and knew her job well. The only minus is the entrance off the road isn't very clear or well marked.
I would stay here again without hesitating.

VERY clean. Every time I went into the elevator or lobby I could smell the cleaning products. Some may find that a turnoff, but I actually loved it. I saw them vacuum at least a few times a day, and the place looked pretty much spotless. Nice and quiet. Nice breakfast as well. Staff was kind and helpful. Definitely recommend, and I hope their standards don't slip.

Check in process was the easiest I’ve ever experienced! There was an issue with my card but Tammy was so patient while I got it fixed! Our rooms were very clean and I loved the touch of Owensboro pictures in the room! The bathroom was spacious and had a classy feel! The closet was also a great size with a full length mirror. The AC kept the room nice and cool. Bedding was super clean and soft, and mattress was the most comfortable I’ve had in a hotel! also loved having laundry facilities, it was perfect our weeks long stay! Breakfast was yummy and the area is so clean and new with a modern feel! There’s also a little snack bar that has everything you could need!

The fitness has the rowing machine and multiple treadmills and I was super excited to see free weights and exercise balls!

The indoor pool is large and the perfect temperature with seating around the pool area.

10/10 would stay again!

Nice clean & the personnel was very friendly…. BUT if you are vertically challenged it’s not easy to get into the bed or use the bathroom sink… I have never seen such a high sink! The bathtub needs a nonslip bath mat, it was kind of slippery. I don’t know why rooms don’t have some kind of makeup mirror or brighter bathroom lighting?

This is the beat motel in Owensboro KY. The staff was very very nice and helpful and the best beds I've ever seen in a motel. The rooms are the cleanest ever. The breakfast was amazing and the room was beautiful. Its was quite until a group of kids came in about 10PM and the parents was letting them run and jumping around above us but the staff took care of it very quickly. Would recommend this motel to anyone staying in Owensboro. Will be returning when pool and spa opens back up. And better to go through them then any apps.

Clean quiet peaceful motel. Can't get much better than this especially for the cost. Recommend this place to anyone needing a motel in the Owensboro area.

The hotel was really clean really nice and the staff was really really friendly. I loved my stay and the hotel was brand new so I liked the rooms, that design. We were on the first floor so like the rooms look like a palace and I loved it. the staff especially the house keeping in the front desk they were really friendly and I love this hotel. I recommend this hotel. It was nice/awesome to stay here.

I am writing this review to specifically recognize Sanjay. I stayed here last night while traveling for work. When I arrived, although my company had previously booked my room, it appeared in Best Western’s system that a credit card payment had not been received from my company. My only option was to pay out of pocket if I wanted a room for the night. I did. However, without my knowing, and while I was asleep, Sanjay worked throughout the night making several phone calls to Best Western and my company’s travel agency. When I checked out this morning, he, to my surprise, presented me with a full refund of my payment. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement, because, had he not done what he did, I would have had to sort through all that red tape myself. Sanjay is extremely empathic, understanding, and KIND! Go see him at Best Western in Owensboro, KY. Not only will your stay be great, but you will be treated great as well!!

My son and I stayed with his football team for a tournament this past weekend. The rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful and nice, and the location is great! I have nothing but positive feedback. Thank you for providing such a comfortable stay!!

I had a great experience at the best western. The shuttle picked me up at the airport on time and the entire staff was accommodating.
