Dr. Martens Georgetown

This store was clean, organized, and all around super inviting! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming without being pushy or upfront, and Alex helped me pick out my first pair of docs giving me all the info and help I needed. It was honestly just a wonderful experience all around, great people and great store!!!

Normally I don't do reviews, but my experience at this Doc Martin's store was one of the best retail experiences I've ever had. (Sorry to name drop) Robert and his crew are some of the nicest folks I've ever bought something from at a big box store. They all go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of and satisfied with your boots. SHOP HERE!

I’ve been here 3 or 4 times and have had an amazing experience each time. Kelly is very sweet and helpful and they’ve been able to help me find exactly what I’m looking for ever time I’ve been here. My only complaint is the overhead lighting that can be a bit suffocating.

I was helped by Jocelyn. I tried on a few pairs but ultimately feel in love with the Jadon's. She even suggested a conditioning balm to assist with the break in process. Super satisfied and loving my boots.

Super friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. My daughter and I got 2 pairs. The shoes we wanted were sold out online and this store confirmed they had them. As we enter store, COViD instructions were shared and followed. In and out- easy. Will be back.

I forget the guys name that helped me with my exchange but he was a delight to work with and gave me a ton of helpful information about joining the dr martens family being as tho this my first shoe from them

Kelly was so amazing, fantastic and professional. i spent much time to found my first Dr.martens shoes and finally i got it. They are patience and always give me some suggestions. Love this store. Amazing selection of Dr. Martins and friendly and knowledgeable staff. We spent 30 minutes trying on boots and asking questions. We left with perfect pair of Dr Martin in the original style. I had a pair from the 1980’s that finally had to be replaced. Left with the exact pair all these years later. So happy!!

The customer service was Beyond my expectations. I love to shop in person than online. What makes the shopping experience super and unforgettable is the sales people attitude and their energy.
I can say this is my very first smooth and delightful shopping experience since I moved to the states. Kelly & Luke were fantastic!
I really wish If could remember the girl with a very unique and beautiful name that were very helpful as well.

Truly the best customer service I’ve at had a store in as long as I can remember. Helpful, knowledgeable, and just lovely (and funny!) people all around. Even during the holiday season. Wow. Come for the boots and stay for the fun banter. Gabby was a gem!

Awesome awesome awesome experience today buying my first Docs at the Georgetown DC store. Robert (call him "Buck" for a Chuck County smile) was a very knowledgeable and patient sales associate as I tried 5 different models for an hour. Great friendly laid back vibe in the store. Great experience. After considering buying online I'm very happy I decided to go in person as you just can't feel the fit in the virtual world. There's that nah eh maybe yep that's the one experience that you just gotta have with shoe-buying if you're gonna be happy with them. I am!

I've been coming to this store from hours away for at least a decade. The staff have been wonderful and provide a great experience with their product knowledge. I've brought many of my friends to get their first Docs, or renewed Docs, for years and I'm still happy to do it. Many of us in the local faculty come here for the shoes so we all wear them to work together. This is a great location and we hope you guys keep on thriving. I wore my docs from here and climbed mountains-- and they still last forever-- it was so great. We appreciate you. Thank you for the memories. Maybe open a location in Richmond. ;)

The staff here is amazing! They helped me figure out what size I needed and provided me with care instructions. They were just all around easy to chat with and answered all the questions I had. I love my new boots!

I had the best experience at this store. Customer service was better than I honestly have ever experienced. This lady that worked there predicted my every request, got me fitted to probably 10 different boots before I finally found a perfect option for me. Impressed! Thanks for such a good experience! Worth the money and definitely with going into the store. I thought I wanted a Vonda boot, I walked out with a 10 eyelet boot instead.

The customer service here is just phenomenal. I wanted to receive an exchange for my jadons, and the manager was so sweet about allowing me to come in about a month later for an exchange. Every time I emailed or called them to discuss my situation, they were overly accommodating and were always willing to help out. Also, I appreciated the covid precautions this store took, which made me feel more comfortable in the store. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in georgetown!
