The staff can almost always find what I'm looking for. If I need to special order parts it's a delivery within 2 days.

I restore several old Chevrolets. Finding older replacement parts can be costly and shipping expense is a big part of it. MY local Sheboygan O'Reilly store has excellent sorting with fat delivery routes multiple times a day. Their manager Ashley is superb at finding older model parts. To pi k them up locally is faster and far less expensive than catalog ordering sources.

I have had the need to go back to repairing my own car recently (financial issues) and in my half dozen or so visits to O rielly, they have been outstanding. Rob the manager has gone above and way beyond what most other local parts stores would do. Thank you guys for knowing everyone isn't made of money, knows the car repair processes as well as a mechanic and is just a simple guy trying to get by one day at a time. Rock on.......

I have had good experiences with O'Reilly , they have very fast turn around if they have to order a part even for my 1970 Plymouth 'cuda and they carry Wix filters and Optima batteries.
