I was a new patient and got referral for wisdom tooth extraction. i was very nervous beforehand, but they gave me the nitrous and i was sedated. i woke up after the surgery very numb and nearly pain free! only took 45-60 mins. the staff are also very friendly & welcoming. we chit chatted about the weather, our day so far, and what i do for work, and even complemented my tattoo haha! receptionist ladies are also very kind and very helpful :)

I had Timothy Zuck to remove a tooth that my dentist wasn’t able to do a root canal, as it was infected, and another one that they found during the extraction that needed to be removed to. Dr. Zuck was so caring and nice as I also had the IV solution to sleep during the extractions. As I was so nervous going that day and the way to go is have the IV solution to sleep during extractions and have Dr. Zuck be your Dr.

Thank you Doctor Swanson and team for making every effort to see me for my emergency tooth abcess. Everyone at this facility was so nice and helped me back to feeling like myself again. I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past, honestly what has got me here in the first place, but for my first time opting for sedation, it went wonderfully. Im thankful I was referred here and given the treatment I needed.

Dr. Rydlewicz made the experience of having two wisdom teeth removed with local anesthetic surprisingly bearable. Throughout the procedure, his calming and reassuring demeanor put me at ease.

Dr Zook and his staff are outstanding! I had a molar taken out and he even called me personally to see how I was doing. How often does that happen these days??

My son had his wisdom teeth removed yesterday by Dr. Swanson. Though it’s routine for their office to do this procedure, it’s once in a lifetime for my son. Dr. Swanson thoroughly explained the procedure prior to the surgery and visited us in recovery to check in and let us know that things had gone as expected, made sure my son was doing well, and answered any questions we had. The whole process from scheduling to exiting after the surgery was very well organized and everyone from the front desk to the chairside and recovery assistants and the surgeon did their job extremely well and with expertise. Dr. Swanson himself called to see how my son is doing today and that truly meant a lot. Thank you to the entire office for the care we received. We could not ask for a more caring or more efficient experience.

Was referred by my dentist to have a broken tooth extracted on emergency basis. They got me right in and taken care of. Dr.Berstrom was incredibly professional and the entire experience was the most seamlessly positive experience you could expect under the circumstances. I am extremely grateful for the care I received from the whole staff.

I had such a great experience here, my first time since awhile back at the dentist. The front desk was very helpful, everyone was very friendly. I had all four wisdom teeth taken out. Dr. Swanson & Lacy we’re so nice and informative with everything. It went by quick and easy. They made me feel really comfortable and were really nice. Dr. Swanson also followed up with me the next day which I truly appreciate and it shows how much they care about their patients and going the extra mile! Thank you all!

My daughter recently had 4 wisdom teeth removed. She was treated very well and with respect. Even with having "big teeth with a small jaw" she experienced very little pain. The staff was amazing, kind and caring. Thank you for taking such great care of her and making the surgery much less traumatic and scary.

I had double jaw surgery with Dr Bergstrom in Nov 2022. This was my first surgery and I was terrified to say the least but if I could go back and change it I wouldn’t. It has been life changing in the best way. Dr Bergstrom and his nurse Robin are AMAZING. I had a severe underbite and now I absolutely love my smile!! Everyone was so kind at this office and really helped me feel comfortable. I also want to note that Jean In the financial department was a major help with being an advocate with my insurance, explaining things and getting answers. My surgery went smoothly with zero complications. Thank you so much Dr Bergstrom, Robin, Jean and staff for everything!!

I had my wisdom teeth removed last week here. I was pretty nervous about the recovery since I'm a little older than most people are when they get this done (almost 30, I know not at all old, but older than most who get this done). The surgery itself went great and they were very open and up front about everything down to recovery.

Days 3 and 4 were the worst for recovery. The pain was really bad and I was super nauseous. When I tell you I have called their office 3 times the week after with questions I am not joking. Each and every time, every single person I spoke to was SO kind, understanding, and willing to answer questions to help me recover. The customer service I experienced is unmatched and made all the difference.

I would HIGHLY recommend this office for your oral surgery needs. I'm now on day 6 after the surgery and while my mouth is still a tad sore (usually in the mornings before I take a tylenol), I'm a tad swollen (but really not much now), and sometimes a bit of bad taste in my mouth, it's a huge improvement from where I was on Monday.

I wish I could personally thank each people I worked with and spoke with in this process. I would recommend them for all your oral surgery needs!

They were able to fit me in last minute today for an emergency appointment. Everyone was very kind and professional. The doctor was very informative and assured me he had plenty of experience and was comfortable treating patients with my medical condition. The lady in billing was very patient with me and carefully went over cost of surgery and how insurance plays into it. Everyone was so so kind, I highly recommend them!

I had my wisdom teeth removed here. The facility is very nice and clean. The staff and the front desk workers are very kind and welcoming. The surgeon was very comforting and confident in what he was doing. I was nervous at first, but looking back at the experience (if I had to) I would not mind doing it again. Everything healed up great and I did not experience a dry socket nor infection. I did have a few bad headaches and earaches, I ended up calling their nurse hotline and the nurse said that it was normal. The nurse that I spoke with was very nice and reassuring. Overall the whole experience was phenomenal 10/10 would recommend.

Had a emergency I had to be seen because I was in so much pain no pain meds were working for me went to the er twice in the same day called over 30 different places none would take me in even with a referral then they took me in even though they were closed and bergstorm did my surgery pulled 4 teeth out for me in a half hour. He was amazing and did a amazing job! I will be coming back to see him for sure for any teeth I need removed! He got straight to the problem when we got there and handled the payment before hand perfect for me overall did a amazing job and I'm glad I was able to see him for my emergency surgery I needed! I don't even feel pain after all 4 teeth were removed! The staff too was amazing usually surgeon's are not fun to see but the staff and bergstorm made it amazing felt like being at home! Amazing staff there can't wait to see them again! Will refer anyone I know to them already referred one person today that is looking for a surgeon!

My experience with Dr. Swanson has been great. I've had some terribly painful wisdom teeth and molar extraction issues in the past so I'm a very nervous patient. He has a very calm and soothing demeanor which makes one feel at ease. He's very good at explaining things ahead of time as well as along the way which I personally find reassuring. The staff at OMS have also been great. Anytime I've had a question or concern they've been super responsive and helpful. Excellent experience all around.

My 11 years old recently had a tooth pulled at Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Fox Cities by‎ Dr. John J. Rydlewicz. He is amazing! The procedure was unbelievably easy for him to go through. The tooth removal was less than 20 minutes. Doctor and his assistants were absolutely caring and professional. From schedule a day to the end of the aftercare, every step were so thoughtful! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs oral surgery.

I had put off getting my wisdom teeth removed for years and needed to get them out ASAP. I called and was scheduled for a consultation that week and the surgery took place two weeks after that. Everyone from the receptionists to the doctors were so kind and thorough. They really wanted me to feel comfortable and understand the whole process so I wouldn't be anxious about the surgery. The doctor encouraged me to call and stop in afterwards if I had any questions or concerns about recovery. Getting my wisdom teeth removed turned out to be a breeze and I'm so grateful to the team for everything!
