The food is very good. The place was hopping for a Friday night and yet the staff was very responsive and efficient. Steak enchiladas were very good and the chicken enchiladas were very good too.

Ordered multiple party trays for my son's graduation party. Food was amazing! My family raved about the eats. Thanks for a great experience!

Hidden Gem in Franklin. Can't believe living here for so many years and hadn't tried this Mexican Restaurant. Small but get there early, fills up fast and now we know why. Homemade Chips & Salsa are delicious. Our food was Amazing! 😋 Be Back Soon!

This was my first visit and definitely not the last. This restaurant is small and cozy and the food is outstanding. They bring you freshly made chips, they come piping hot to the table. The strawberry daiquiri was the bomb. The grandkids loved the virgin daiquiri. I'm not a tomato eater, but the pico de gallo was the best I've ever tasted. Hands down, this is one of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to. It is a small restaurant, so there may be a bit of a wait, but other than that, great food and service.

Had a bad experience there that actually caused us to not go for a few years, but after our covid era favorite shut down we gave it another try.

The food and margs are consistently better than most of the competition. The service was great the handful of times we've gone recently as well.

Highly recommend this place. It's a convenient location with fantastic options. Meals are delicious and savory meat is cohesively blended with perfectly melted cheese. Yes, the chips are the best in town!

Excited for the patio to be finished as the place can get a bit packed and noisy sometimes.

Great food, simple and flavorful. It’s sad when this restaurant is one of the only few mexi places whose frijoles actually tastes right. While this restaurant establishes itself as having the best chips around, I found them to be a little too salty for my taste.

I got my favorite enchiladas back!! This place is small with limited seating. But worth it!! The prices are great!! I can't help but to come back again and again.

I had the ground beef chimichunga combo and it was SO good. We also ordered the half pitcher of margarita and it was a good deal... Equivalent to about 3 margaritas. They were pretty busy and there was a bit of a wait, which tells you they have some pretty amazing food! You can always try for a seat at the bar.

Steak Fajitas were amazing, portions were great. Chips and salsa were excellent as well.

A locally-owned, cosy, well-oiled machine for Mexican favorites in Franklin. Chips and salsa is excellent as are the entrees. The staff is excellent and the food comes out hot and fast.

Food and service was awesome and reasonably priced for lunch

me and my uncle got the chipped beef enchilladas. he got a rootbeer and i drank water. it was really cheesy and tasty. i liked the beans oddles. there was rice as well mexican. they served chips and sauces before we even ordered. my uncle put the green sauce all over his meal. i would go back..

We love Little Cancun always, but we had a 40th birthday party for my husband and ordered party platters from there. Ordering was super easy and when I came to pick everything up it was already sitting out for me to grab and go. The food was delicious and everyone raves about it. We’ll have leftovers for awhile, which I’m happy about!!

This is one of the best Mexico restaurants in town. I'm friends with the owner of one of the competitors and He agrees with me, that Little Cancun is

This place has great Mexican food. I definitely would recommend it. I had the burrito and it was served with rice and beans on the side.

I had lunch at the bar and it was delish. The bar area is gorgeous. The lamb meatballs were surprisingly moist and flavorful.

I am NOT a big Mexican food fan, but I’m sorry that it took me 5 years to try this place because it’s terrific. Small, very small. No real ambience. But the FOOD, FOOD! Quick service. Smiling server. Food arrived at table HOT. Excellent taste, portion size and pricing. Will be back for sure.

Anytime we're near the airport we head over 2 South 27th Street. But this location will be closing November 2019. it's new location is supposed to open in Bayview in August 2018

One of my daughter's and mine favorite spots overall. Love the chips and salsa, the chimis, enchiladas. Daughter usually gets the steak ranchero, every once in a while the plate lunch, but its hard for her not to get the ranchero, her absolute fav. Can get busy, so if there is a wait can get a bit crowded, but always worth it. Staff is always super friendly
