The Summit Restaurant & Cocktails

We had our Corporate Diner here. The Diner was very well managed. Food was excellent. Many took home Left overs as they were large portions. Waitstaff was friendly and readily available to help. I personally had the Parmesan Chicken Bowl and would definitely order again. The New York Strip and Ribs were loved by All.

Wow! Hadn’t been here in years, going back for the third time this year next week. Decor is up to date, menu includes Brussels sprouts, staff is super friendly. Forget the past, this is a whole new Summit!

My husband and I had our wedding dinner at the Summit Restaurant. Worked with Justin to coordinate the event and he was very accommodating and took the stress out of planning the dinner. On the day of our wedding, Sarah was our waitress and she was AMAZING!! She made our party of about 25 feel well taken care of. We offered our guests three menu options, Friday fish fry, BBQ Ribs and Parmesan Chicken. Each entree came with soup or salad and bread. The ribs and fish came with a choice of potato. We had two hors devours, tenderloin crostini and bacon wrapped water chestnuts. My husband and I had rib eye steaks. All of our guests raved about the food and the ribeyes were outstanding. We looked at many venues for our wedding dinner and The Summit surpassed every expectation. We had a beautiful night and the Summit played a big part in that.

Me and my wife went for our 4th anniversary for dinner. Food and drinks were amazing. Definitely worth the price. We will be back to dine again.

Edit, SUNDAY BRUNCH IS BACK!! The best yogurt I've ever had!! I have never had an omlet be so light and fluffy!! Definitely worth it!! Little pricey but worth it. The best ribeye in town you absolutely get more than you pay for! Got to try there Sunday brunch!

We had a family gathering. Plenty a space not to feel cramped. Very attentive service. Delicious meals all around. Glad we chose The Summit!

I've been to the Summit twice this month in the bar area! I had the Petite Filet with mushrooms, mixed vegetables, and wedge salad!! Excellent!!! 2nd time I went shared an assortment of appetizers....shrimp cocktail, tenderloin crostini, bacon wrapped water chestnuts, and escargot...again, Excellent!! Thank you to Craig & Sarah!! 😀

My husband’s filet you could cut with a fork an my daughters prime rib was exelent. Our waitress was delightful. Very attentive. A+

This is my third time at the Summit and I had (once again) a great time! The atmosphere, the food, the service and decoration is perfect. I hope you get a chance to visit this beautiful place.

Tried oysters for the 1st time! I prefer the Rockefeller ones. The French onion soup was DELICIOUS, most other versions I've had were too "brothy" and way over salted, NOT the case here it was DELICIOUS! My ribeye was cooked PERFECTLY & was so tasty it didn't require any sauce, which IMO is how a steak should be. Their signature Purple Passion (I think) martini was SO VERY GOOD! & The finishing touch to my overall AMAZING meal was a perfectly crunchy & creamy Creme Brule!
This is a proper STEAKHOUSE. This is reflected in both the quality/size of the food & the total of the bill. I think it was worth EVERY penny!!!!

The moment you step inside the doors , you’re greeted warmly. The atmosphere is fresh and funky and so gorgeous.

We started off with the apple pie old fashioned seasonal drinks which got better with every sip. We tried the jalapeño steak wonton appetizer which was superb. Rich and creamy with tender bites of steak tucked in a delicate crust.

We had the sweetest server, Jay who was so kind. We had a slight hiccup with our order and it was fixed above and beyond. They bring you fresh bread and a cracker assortment which was so warm and tasty. I tried the steak tacos, while my husband tried the best steak sandwich. Both were the most incredible meals. Highly impressed with every detail of each meal. I had to try the French onion soup and it did not disappoint. Rich and full of flavor.

Overall probably one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. We aren’t from the area but will absolutely be returning.

The brunch on Sundays are good. The buffet is ok, but the menu a la cart is delicious. There are many options to order and the options change each week. The Salmon Benedict was the best at today's menu.

Loved the atmosphere at this cute little bar. We came for drinks and grabbed delicious appetizer. The bartender was great, very personable and great service.

Went on a Thursday evening shrimp dejong was excellent 8 Oz filet 1/2 duck Asian Brussels sprouts out of this world finished the meal with a delicious brandy Alexander. Our waitress Sarah was so nice and attentive to our needs. Loved the decor and cool vibe of the Summit. Highly recommend if you are in the Racine area

Great fish fry and the clam chowder soup is delicious too. My favorite restaurant in Racine!

My family had a reunion occasion this past summer (2022). The plan was to find a restaurant where each person could order from the menu and where we could “catch up” with one another since last meeting—around six years past. The Summit accommodated us very well! We were comfortably seated, served at a comfortable pace and with individual attention to each guest. We were able to eat in comfort as we conversed. Each one of the guests at the dinner expressed pleasure and satisfaction with their Summit experience! I recommend dinner at The Summit without any hesitation.

Had mom's 80th Birthday dinner there Sat the 11th. After a slight hiccup which was my fault, everything was Awesome!!! Sarah, the other waitress and the host( I'm sorry I don't remember the names) did an amazing job as they had another large party also. Food was great, cooked perfectly. All in all it was a memorable night for mom. We'll definitely be back!!!!

My husband and I were looking for a place to host my son and future daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner in mid-December. The Summit was the PERFECT CHOICE!! From the initial call of inquiry, the couple of covert “test dinners”, choosing of the menu, the off menu desserts they offered to make, the private event space, the unexpected decorating help and the fantastic food, I could not have asked for a better or more personal experience!!! Justin, the GM, was so calm, accommodating, reassuring and helpful with every detail and the the serving team, Sarah, Hannah and Sydney, were friendly, attentive to guests and very fun to work with! If you have need for an event or just want a quiet dinner somewhere, try The Summit…and get the fillet!

Great food and the best Old Fashion I have ever had.

Had a great meal at a private event. Wait staff very professional as it was a business meeting, and that can be difficult to serve food. Beautiful private space. Looking forward to going back each month for this recurring meeting.
