Grand Appliance and TV

I had been shopping for a new refrigerator and I came upon Grand Appliance in Racine. They had what I was looking for in stock so I called 45 minutes before store closed with questions. I was prepared to go in the next day but Michael was of great help and said he would hold off closing so I could come in. He wasn't pushy and spoke honestly about the product. He pointed out an even better version of what I was looking for. I purchased the LG and have a very happy wife now. Thanks Michael

Found just what we were looking for and our salesperson, Mark K., was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without being the least bit pushy or aggressive. I also liked that, when addressing our concerns, he looked both my husband and me directly in the eye. The majority of salesmen only look at the man. Great salesmanship!! Small things like this make all the difference. I would highly recommend this store and Mark in particular!

We were helped right away by the store manager, who told us all about the merits of Frigidaire products. He showed us the various models they had in-store, which made our selection easy. We received a rebate and good price on an extended warranty. This store is always set up well for making selections and everyone is very helpful and friendly. Over 20 years, we have made all our appliance purchases here. New appliances were delivered and installed the next day!! The installation guys were very experienced and friendly. We are very, very happy with our purchases and experience.

Michael was super helpful over the phone. I pretty much knew what I wanted and he gave me a good price, told me about a rebate and time frame for delivery. I have purchased from Grand Appliance in the past and have always been very happy with their service!

Job well done! Devin and Nathan were very professional and courteous. They had our old gas dryer out the door and a new one installed in no time. Devin made sure the dryer was level. He also made sure that all connections were secure. I would not hesitate to purchase from Grand Appliance again.

We just ordered a GE electric range from the Racine store. The salesman was very nice and very helpful. He answered all of our questions and has set up a delivery for the day of our choice. They will not only deliver the range, they also unpack it and take away all of the packaging AND also take our old range away, so we don’t have to deal with that! Very nice! We are so pleased with Grand Appliance!!!

Salesman was extremely helpful. Asked me what I was looking for. Showed me each washer that met my needs. Provided all information about each unit. Answered all my questions and then left me to examine each answering comparison question. Made it vey easy to make this purchase!

Friendly and extremely helpful staff who located an online item for us that wasn't kept in the store. Good price. Great low delivery charge to Waterford, which is often considered out of range for stores east of the interstate.
