The last few times I've been there after work at night have been great! Super fast service, friendly and hot food!

Great drive thru service! Much better now than before. Only problem is had problems ordering online before 7am in the last week. Otherwise great.

They really picked it up here. Used to be really slow. But now even when they're slammed they do their best to get you the food quickly. All their staff has always been really great

Went through the drive thru on Friday, 7/15/22. The woman working the window had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food facility. She even thanked us for affording them the opportunity to serve us! Now, we all know McDonald’s food is McDonald’s food but the customer service is what put this experience above the rest. Thank you to this kind woman for working to bring customer service back to an industry that has significantly failed in this area for many years! You are making a difference

Went through Drive thru for breakfast. Workers were Very Courteous and Efficient. Order was correct 👌. (that alone is worth an A+ rating)

Updating a poor previous review. This location has improved drastically. Even witnessed a shift manager being very patient with a very challenging and rude customer. 5 stars.

I like applebees it is a good for ribs and lots more the kids can be occupied by games on the tablet that it there but it cost 1.99 or less overall good place I recommend it.

Standard McDonalds fair. I used the drive through. The line was long, but it moved at a good pace. The staff was friendly, and my order was filled properly.

Great clean place food is great but I want to say the girl in the lobby with the pins on her hat is the sweetest thing you can ever meet, timid but hard working. Clearly she wants to keep everyone safe. Customers need to give a damn and follow directions and be patient.

Food was good, consistent through all other Mcdonalds. Syrup needed to be changed for one of the sodas. They gave me a fresh one for free. The manager looked at me as if I was trying to get a soda I didn't pay for but ended up giving it to me.

Very quick usually they have my food ready before I even get to the window. Always tastes fresh, In the last year they forgot sauce with the breakfast burritos once. Not like all the other McDonald's around here that forget half your order every time.

I come to this McDonald's often and a couple of workers always stand out to me! These people deserve raises, or at least to know they are doing a great job!

Lindsey is a great worker! She was friendly and handled customer disputes with grace. She had a big smile on her face and was so willing to help!

Anya was also very helpful and had a great attitude! She was speedy bringing my food and I was very grateful!

Kylie at the window also had a great attitude and smiled at me, which really brightened my day!

I keep getting these reviews from a year ago. It was 5 stars back then and 5 stars now. While it isn't 5 star food when lined up against restaurants with menus that have choices like steak and Lobster, it is 5 stars for what it is. The only thing is Burger King is stepping up its game and starting to put out better food for insanely low prices. So hopefully you guys can change with the times

You should not have to wait in the drive through for over 10 to 12 minutes for fast food especially when it's just two sausage biscuits with hash browns very disappointed

I've personally never had issues with this place, but it's always worth to check your order in the parking lot before completely leaving.

It's McDonald's the way it should be. Caledonia businesses seem to have better customer service as compared to Racine establishments, the same goes for Oak Creek.

The food was hot like I feel it should be and nothing delaying the food in the drive thru this time. Order was accurate.
