AMAZING SERVICE !!! If there was more stars I would rate them at least 100 not only was the store clean to the brim (the floors looked more shined then clean dishes) but the customer service was amazing especially this woman named Christine and the the other co worker ( I sadly could not get her name however she has red hair) they seriousply need a raise especially Christine she helped my grandmother who is really old and although they did not need too she helped her with her bags outstanding place 100/10 ( this was about a month ago)

The 2 girls that were working last night seriously deserve a raise They were the most helpful cheerful and best customer service i have had in a clothing store in a very long time. We came in a kind of the last minute which we felt bad but they put out a smile helped us find everything my daughter wanted. We couldn't have asked for better service If I would've been allowed to I would've put a tip on my credit card for both of them. That's howl happy I was with this service

I called this location the other day to see if they had an item the Waukegan store did not. They didn't have the item I wanted, but I did if they knew about their online services. Which she did and was helpful in me making my decision to order my items online. I have to say, they had the best customer service out of all the stores; I called that day! I cannot wait to finally come to this location to shop! Thank you for your help that day!!

Bought the cute thing I needed, but the associate working was on the phone entire time so I couldn't ask if they had Capris, so that felt wasted
