Cake cone was stale, out of vanilla, some of the ice cream had ice crystals growing. They did have some good no sugar added options. Based on this visit, I would look for a different store for ice cream

Went to the store with my family of 5. The employees helped 3 people in front of us promptly with their coffee. I watched the 3 employees look at my family trying to decide what flavor of ice cream we wanted. When we went to order, 1 employee looked at us and walked away. Another saw us and also walked away both turning their back on us. We waited a considerable amount of time, no acknowledgement or even a "we'll be right with you." It was clear that they did not want to assist with ice cream. I should have realized from the beginning when the ice creams were mislabeled, empty containers on top of open ice cream and freezer burnt ice cream. Would def nnot visit this store.

Always go to this place when I am in town which is once a year. Really dissatisfied this last time. Forgot you need to go to the register to order.
Asked the guy "manager" at ice cream counter for a specific ice cream. He was in the process of removing some of the ice cream tubes and I wanted to make sure I would be able to get the said ice cream. He told me I need to go to the register to order.

Skipping a head... after a wait in line, them taking my order and money. They proceeded to tell me that the ice cream I wanted was not available because they were cleaning the case.

The employees knew this before I got in line and taking my order. What a waste of my time.

We ordered ice cream with Drive Thru 30 minutes before Baskin Robbins closed. And when picking up at the window, a female employee was angry that we had "mocked" her words. We never said anything at all, but she closed the windows before we could defend ourselves. There was another car behind the line, so I couldn't say anything, but I felt it was very rude and I was annoyed. An employee who is angry with a customer who did not do anything is not tolerable. Please choose staff wisely.

Bad location. Not very clean, hard to get in and out of, and shakes not made well. I have gone twice now for ice cream with the kids, and it was not what we expected.

Twice now I have gone there for a milkshake & both times it was just flavored milk. I even asked to make it thick & still just an overpriced glass of milk. SMH.

Nasty and rude service as if we were inconveniencing them. The place was no where near busy. They need an extensive training course on customer service skills.

Worst customer service ever!! No greeting & ingnoring customers . Even walking away with not a word. Not worth your trouble.

They were out of multiple things and the flavors were mixed.

Always out of chocolate chip ice cream
