Tradehome Shoes

My wife and I LOVED working with Thomas and Kaden!!! They showed both of us amazing styles that we loved and that would wouldn’t have thought to try on. We will not shop anywhere else for new shoes!!

Hello!
Today I decided to get new shoes, of course I went with what I have had before (vans), I got them in a different store at the mall.
My daughter walked in to Tradehome store just to "look".
We got approached by Derek, and let me tell you.
It was our best experience ever buying shoes!!!
He was attentive and helpful without being pushy, he hear her out about the type of shoes she wanted, he recommended Rival, which honestly isn't the point. (Yeah, comfortable shoes and on sale even better!)
Derek was awesome!
We end taking 3 pairs of shoes, two for my daughter and I even got one for myself too!
I went back to return the one's I bought first.
I didn't got the shoes only because they were on sale or because they were comfortable.
I got them because he was amazing and a great seller!
You got there a great sales employee and a good human, who end having a little chat with my kids while doing his job.
He is totally the type of people should be in charge, one who listen and cares enough to do a great job an have fun while doing it.
Totally recommending the store, the shoe brand, and more importantly Derek!

I’ve been shopping here for years and have always been given phenomenal service as well as high quality shoes. Jeff has a great crew and I highly recommend going here when looking for shoes.

I have been into this store twice now. The first time Tom helped me, this guy is awesome!! He had only been there for a short time when I first met him. He helped me get into some Hoka’s for work!
Second time I came in with my 9 year old son. The Assistant Manager helped us (sorry I can’t recall his name), and Tom was there! He remembered who I was and what shoe size I wore! They both helped my son find shoes that he loved.

I seriously can’t say enough about how great these guys are! Their customer service is impeccable and they are incredibly sweet!

I hope that they do really amazing things in their life!! Tell them the Sushi Lady says hi!!

Jeff the store manager was very personable and helpful. Derek was wonderful to work with and helped my husband with a few different types of shoes. At first I was taken back that the young lady in the store did not want to clean my other shoes purchased from the Brookfield store. However, evidently they thought I meant to wash them. I asked her to clean the bottoms and wipe off the tops. Felt bad for the misunderstanding.

My 12 year old son and I had an amazing experience today with Carter in the Fox River Mall! We had been to several other stores with poor customer service, but Carter and his team members blew us away. He was friendly, offered solutions to our situation and just went above and beyond in all aspects of the sale. His superior service was an excellent example for my son as he better understands salesmanship and how to respect and treat others. We bought some awesome shoes and will definitely be back!! Thank you for such a great experience!!

Although this review is a little late (about a year), I had gotten a pair of boots from here & they couldn’t have recommended a better pair, still have them, they still look almost new!
Now, my fiancé and I had stopped at the Appleton mall to look for boots on our way home from vacation (6-7 hour drive, we were in comfy clothes and looking rough) I was concerned when I realized it wasn’t a self service sort of shoe store but it was a great experience. The salesman who had helped us ( I believe he was the store manager) was very experienced and recommended us some of the best boots we have owned, very entertaining guy, he made flames comes out of his wallet.

Your staff is some of the best people in your industry. Kindness and understanding easy to work with. Each time I go in to look for shoes you guys give me good recommendations and the shoes do tend to last long. I’m hard on my shoes so just goes to show how you know the best products.

Jeff was an excellent help! Although I came in knowing what exact shoes I was looking for he helped me find one of them and even a new shoe style/brand I am excited to test out. I even told him I was on a time crunch having only 10 mins and he got the job done. Respectable and endearing salesmen that values what the customer is looking for.

I did not catch the employees name but I had about 4 incredibly quick and attentive employees help me pick out some new shoes. As a first time mom with a 4 week old baby in tow, I certainly appreciated their help and recommendations!

We appreciate the 1x1 service we are given as the guest in the store. Each employee has taken the time to get to know myself and my children and they make each visit fun and special for my kiddos! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!

Although I had passed by this store on previous visits to the mall, I finally went in on Wednesday and had THE BEST EXPERIENCE! I was absolutely blown away about how knowledgeable all the workers were about the shoes and also that they were so friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I ended up making a larger purchase (because their service was so fantastic!) and they even kept my bags behind the counter while I finished my shopping in the rest of the mall. If I could give more than 5 stars I would because everyone there was just lovely.
