Hampton Inn & Suites Milwaukee-Downtown

The staff at the Hampton was on point from check in to check out. Courteous, professional, prompt, and welcoming. Our room was very clean. Including well dusted which I often find missed when I travel. All aspects of the hotel that we interacted with seemed to be in good repair. The heat vent in our room made a strange clicking nose when it kicked in, but they took it very seriously when notified about it in the morning and apologized in a heartfelt manner. Breakfast was very good and the people that were working for breakfast were super attentive. Other things I loved... Valet was quick and very professional, snack store and coffee is available 24 hrs., Warm and inviting lobby that actually attracted people to utilize it. Lobby had a great set up so that there are nooks and semi private places. It was very comfortable to hang out in. I would stay here again and again. Great location that is close to tons of stuff.

We stayed there last weekend for a wedding and it was beautiful. Scott the manager went above and beyond for us and accommodated even the most ridiculous requests. Mark another employee made us feel very welcomed and was understanding of our situation. I can't say enough good stuff about this hotel! Breakfast was hot delicious and best of all free!!!

Manager Amy was great, just wished a one night stay didn't require so much communication with Manager. Room was dirty and dilapidated. Hotel will offer and advertise many services such as free breakfast. Do not expect any amenitiesthey do not exist. Great location, slightly nicer than the nearby homeless shelter.

Their workers are friendly and helpful when I need to get in the building. You get a free breakfast and it was good. The room was so comfort with very comfortable bed and good AC. They will take your car to parking area. Some good place to eat and go to bar in a walking distance. I would recommend to anybody to stay here.

Despite all the reviews, this was an outstanding stay. I booked the wrong room and they fixed it immediately! Breakfast was hot and fresh everyday.Brian the food manager was amazing!!! Scott the general manager was very pleasant!!! Vanessa was even nice y’all we talked to me for hours. Don’t hesitate to book here!!!

I loved the hot tub suite that my fiance and I booked twice now. The price was not bad at all for New Year's Eve. He even sprung for champagne and chocolate covered strawberries as a surprise! I did not even want to leave the room except for the generous mouthwatering buffet style breakfast. We definitely will return even just to getaway for a night!

What a fantastic place to stay. Right by theaters and dining. But the best was breakfast prepared by Chef Bryan. He aims to please and us super friendly. Front desk staff, doorperson and valet were top notch. Room was very clean and supplied.

Great location and pleasant staff. I used Booking.com to reserve my room. The staff promptly addressed Booking.com's billing errors and provided a receipt. Booking.com charged the wrong card after I updated my account through their app and charged me the wrong rate. However, Hampton resolved. I had a nice, clean amd quiet room as I requested. Thank you!

Staff was great. The hotel was within walking distance of everything. The complimentary water was a bonus. Sadly my view was top floor but not really of anything except top of next building roof.. The breakfast was also good. Would stay here again.

One of the finest hotel I stayed in! Large beds good no noisy AC. Regarding the breakfast being from soud east Europe I could never get used to US traditional breakfast. I spent 7 days there during a conference. You can choose from a great selection of beer and wine.

I had no issues other than the fact that breakfast is suspended due to COVID, which is totally understandable. I didn't have a car so I didn't have to worry about parking. Room was clean, staff were friendly, and everything went smoothly.

Lovely accommodations, very clean and friendly staff!
Looking at the other reviews I was nervous but it was snowing and had to get a hotel while traveling.

My hotel experience here is above average. The hotel bed is bigger than normal. Breakfast is free everyday and offers a rotating selection. The maid service is daily. The location is awesome, but glad I am not paying to park a car overnight.

Me and my daughter we came to Milwaukee for the Monster Jam for my birthday. We was Spectacle because all the negative reviews, but everything change when we experience it.. Mark on check IN was very friendly, door man was very attentive, and Brian the breakfast cook was amazing very friendly and attentive.. Food was good and warm.. the only thing was the pool wasn't open but we understand.. I recommend to stay in this hotel, and if I need to come back to Milwaukee I will stay here..

Great location downtown, plenty of restaurants near by. Clean and warm Pool area. The valet upon arriving took way to long and the front desk really didn't seem that concerned about it . We've stayed here before and the overall experience has been good. Good budget price. Nothing to fancy but again it's on a good location downtown and will probably stay there again

Just like the other Hilton properties that we've visited, the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The room was bigger than we expected it would be! And who can't live the included breakfast with custom freshly made Belgian waffles! Hampton Inn sure are great for our family of four!

The breakfast here was amazing!! Fresh pressed juices, smoothies, two kinds of make your own waffles such an amazing spread! Very clean and the beds were amazing. So happy

Hotel is located downtown, walking distance to the lake. Lots to do with restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel also had an agreement with Golds Gym. Rooms are nice with comfortable beds. Complimentary breakfast every morning. The only downside is the poor cell phone reception.

Professional, clean, & courteous. I don't have anything negative to say. Breakfast was great (egg texture was a bit funny) but literally everything from entering to exiting was good. I'd stay here again. Definitely recommend.

Great hotel. Not a single issue or concern. Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast, and great service. My daughter goes to UWM so she came to join us. We were already in the King Suite, so we asked for a rollaway bed for her. They don't have any at this place. So, my 3 girls cuddled together!
