I love my bank! The staff is awesome and super friendly, always smiling....they have assisted me both in-person and over the phone ... and each time it's always a wonderful experience. The bank's security systems are pretty tight and effective in protecting your deposits and bank account from potential fraud. I talk from experience when the bank protected my funds in one situation when i had lost my wallet and bank cards. So its the personable staff, very good anti-fraud systems, and also a pretty handy online app that makes the overall banking experience awesome!!
