Don is definitely a go getter who is about his business. I was fortunate to close on a duplex which was in excellent condition. I’m a fairly new investor from out of state. I was glad to make the out of state jump with ease, thanks to Don.

From the outside his appears to be a reputable company. I could never have imagined the nightmare of an experience . Don Bond is disrespectful and unethical . I was going to buy a property but when my lawyer reviewed the documents, they had been altered and of course when I brought it to Bonds attention, he denied it and also called me out my name. Prior reviews are obviously fake, there is nothing 5* about this company! I highly recommend finding a decent company, stay far away from this one!
