Didn’t buy anything but the salesperson was very helpful, took his time helping me even though there were other people in the store, and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back if I’m in the market for a “new” washer or dryer!

What a great place. The employees are knowledgeable, nice and helpful. I actually had a top loading Speed Queen washing machine I was going to buy new for $1300 . Speed Queens are the best I have read. Other less expensive ones I had looked at are only built to last maybe 7 years, this I heard from allot of sales people. So I stopped in at Budget Preowned Appliance, because I was having a hard time spending that much money on a washing machine. At Budget Appliance I found a direct drive motor Admiral washing machine for $300.00. I love it. It works great and does not take as long to wash as my previous washer. I would really suggest before you buy a new appliance to check them out, they give you a 30 day warranty too.

I believe I talked to Mike, he was so kind and considerate of my circumstances. He was honest and I know without a doubt he has people's best interest in his heart. I would 100% buy from here anytime I need an appliance!

I called to see if they would have a stove in my price range and they did. When I got there he showed me around the store and showed me what he all had and even delivered it to my house. I would go back in a heartbeat. Definitely worth the drive!!!

We worked with Mike on a refrigerator for our new home- wonderful experience. He is knowledgeable and sought to understand our needs. We found a great brand name appliance in like-new condition for a lot less than we would have paid for elsewhere. Nice friendly service, and the warranty gives us peace of mind. This place was amazing! They have a great selection of used appliances with really reasonable prices. Everyone is super nice as well. Joel went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Incredible service and we are so happy with our stove and fridge! Thank you!!!

We moved to a place that required stack-able units. Joel was able to pick up our existing units that we had, give us some credit for these towards our new used stack-able. He even held onto the stack-able for me for a few weeks while I got the move organized. They were able to deliver a littler earlier per my request and they unit does both washing and drying great. This place is pretty awesome!

Bought a washer few years back and was very satisfied with the quality of the product. Fair price, and the person who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable. So we had went back to them when our dryer broke down. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

In late January of 2019 we worked with Budget Preowned Appliance and they were wonderful! We ordered new appliances and they took our used ones. They took our refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and thin twin washer/dryer and we received a full sized washer and dryer. They were so easy to work with and we love our new washer and dryer. I would highly recommend working with them.

Have purchased multiple different appliances over the years from them. I’m always impressed by how much they seem to care. They have a broad selection. They’re professional, and the customer service is outstanding. They really go above and beyond to make the experience as easy as possible. I also appreciate that they work with your budget, and don’t try to push you to spend more than you can afford.

Great people running this place. Very respectful and helpful. I went in looking for a new washer and dryer and ended up getting a new set through a work discount program, but the gentlemen here still were willing to give me advice on what brands in their profesional opinion were better than others. I brought my old washer and dryer in to them so they could fix them up and sell or use as parts and they were very appreciative and again very helpful in answering some questions I had in regards to installing my new washer and dryer. These guys run a honest business and do what's right vs scam you and mislead lead you in order to get your money like so many places out there. I'll give my business to a stand up, hard working small business like this over a big box store anyday.

They have excellent appliances at low prices. A fridge and stove of comparable quality at a retail store could easily have cost $1000-$1500, but I got them here for a total of $550, after a discount for buying 2 appliances. They include a 60 day warranty for any issues, and offer low cost repairs after that. Highly satisfied, and I will be taking my business there again should the need arise.

Great place! I have been hear twice. The first with a friend and she got such a good deal that I came here when my dryer died. Gave me a great deal on a well made name brand dryer. Wasn't pushy and answered all my questions! Thanks for all your help. I am a happy housewife again! Will definitely recommend!
UPDATE 5/9/18 - purchased my dryer here 10 months ago and now my washer took a dive. Came back here because I had such a good experience the last time. I was in and out in 15 min. No bs! Got another great deal on a washer this time. Service here is great. Always a good experience. Appreciate the service they provide and they save me tons of $$$ everytime. Thanks guys! You have a customer for life.

Bought a used GE Nautilus portable dishwasher from here works perfect! Had it for about a year now. Still works great! Just like first day we bought it! We got a great deal when we first bought it also. They were so helpful also. They helped me load the dishwasher in my vehicle also for free. My brother is now looking for one so I told him to go here. I tell everyone to go here if there looking for fantastic pre owned appliances.

Bought a stove, washer and dryer from them when I moved into my new house a year ago. All still working great. They were patient, friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend this business and suggest them anytime someone mentions looking for used appliances. Great guys to work with!

Excellent prices on pre-owned appliances. New appliances is not what they do. All pre-owned, cleaned and tested. Great advice on what to look at, look for when purchasing and they have a warranty as well. I have purchased a few items over the years. Joel, Mike and Mark are very honest and easy to work with.

Talk to Mike! Tell him Dan Greene Sent You! Had dead washer, dying dryer, got 2 replacement machines from Budget. They delivered into a basement and removed the older models in under and hour. Price was fair, service friendly. Washer-washes better, Dryer-dries faster. Both machines were clean and work great. Would and will buy again! Id give these guys 6 stars if I could. Was referred to by Kelbach's Appliance Service.

Very good place to go if your looking for used appliances. Very honest and helpful. They are willing to answer questions and treat you with respect. I went to most of the used appliance stores in the area and this one stood out from the rest. Don't let the older building deter you from stopping. They are very much about the customer and seeing them leave with what fits there needs.

I highly recommend going to visit Mike if you need gently used appliances on a budget. He is honest and upfront and asks questions to ensure you get a product your happy with. He was an absolute gem from start to finish. Thank you for all your help!
